Chicken was tender and rich with flavor. Chicken shawarma tastes as grilled chopped chicken not as regular shawarma on the stick with some crunchy part. I like the bread with onion and salsa. The garlic sauce very tasty. The staff was friendly.

Hidden Gem of Morris County: this place, while it might be small, has much to offer. The flavor and freshness of the dishes were the first thing I noticed, and the owner was kind and attentive. You get a family-feeling from this place. There are tables to sit at if you wish. I took my order to go, I inhaled the whole plate--couldn't get enough! I can't wait to bring my friends and family here!

My cousin AB has told me about this place for years and so I finally decided to check it out.. it was definitely worth the hype. Great food! I ordered the mix shawarma platter and hummus.

GREAT Mediterranean food and so happy to have this right in town! The food is authentic and well-made. The atmosphere is clean, and the people are friendly. They run a great business here in Morris Plains and I am happy to have this option for healthy food in the area!

Truly excellent food. They cook the meats over a charcoal flame and you can taste the difference. Hummus, labneh, tahini, hot sauce, and garlic sauce are all available to compliment your meal.

Recommend trying one of the specials or combination platters.

Very casual with several small tables. A smelled amazing the second we walked in. We tried the vegetarian (falafel) platter and chicken shawarma platter. The platters was freshly made and came out quickly. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The baba ganoush, hummus, garlic sauce, and rice were wonderful. The chicken was so tender and the falafel had the perfect crisp. And the prices are fantastic. Definitely recommend it!

This restaurant has been consistently great for 15 years. If you love Middle Eastern food, you must check out Carmel Haifa. Every dish we have tried has been great, from the combination platters to the the soups. The prices are competitive, and the amount of food never leaves us unsatisfied.

Far and away the best falafel in NJ - and the best humus I've had outside the Middle East!

Their sandwiches may seem overpriced, but once you see how much they stuff it, how fresh everything from the warm bread to the tender juicy meat to the amazing marination, topped with grest service, you realize that you're getting an amazing bang for your buck.
Service was also quick, area inside was relatively small but we were lucky that we got there when it was empty.

Pita w/chicken was very good
The owner said he's from Jordan, so I wonder if it's the Jordanian spin on the pita fillings. I've never had anything like it before, and while my expectations were different, the food did not disappoint.
The place has (I think) 4 tables and it's very cramped, so I'd suggest getting your food to go.
There is no street parking, but there's a big parking lot behind the store with free 2 hour parking.

Incredibly prepared, classic flavors. It really is a nice surprise to have such a great restaurant. The humus and falafel are FANTASTIC.

Mix shawarma is really good. Also, falafel sandwich not in the photo is really good as well.
