Adam helped us when we came in on a whim, and we ended up finding exactly what we needed even though we weren't expecting to find it that day. He knew what I needed as a taller, heavier set individual and listened to what I was looking for. He narrowed it down to material, build, height, what would fit in our home, and helped us feel more comfortable with the process of removing the old furniture and introducing the new one.

Great experience, I wouldn't have changed a single thing.

I worked with Oscar Perez, in the store of Secaucus New Jersey. Let me do a breakdown for you people out there.

A lot of the people at Ashley furniture are really nice and soon as you walk through the door you are greeted. The first person that caught my eye was Oscar, he had this aura about him that suited my wants and needs.

If there was a question that he did not know he would ask his superiors if anything needed. He is very truthful and honest. Very skilled and product knowledgeable was on point!

He helped me decide on which couches I really wanted. Although there's a lot of expensive pricing he did help me out a little bit. Made the deal more better with the delivery process and if you are getting a couch definitely get the 5-year warranty!

So the opening for schedule delivery was on Halloween which was perfect because I'm off this day and I just got my stuff! I am SUPER HAPPY with the purchase!

It was love at first sight when we saw this 2-piece Lerenza sectional couch in the showroom. It’s absolutely stunning! But my wife was crushed when the first delivery team said it won’t fit in the 27-inch-wide entrace to the living room in our tiny apartment. But our sales associate James Way, true to his name, found a way to help us get the right people at affordable price to disassemble it and re-assemble it in our living room. We’re blown away with the couch and James’s one-of-a-kind aftersales service and going the extra mile, the huge savings on re-delivery/assembly & big discount on the final sale price. A 5-star rating isn’t enough. If there’s 10-star rating, I’d give it in a heartbeat. So this is the least I can do, if you’re shopping for your new or next furniture, look for James Way at Ashley Secaucus branch.

I was greeted by Shanika. She showed me every bedroom set in the store, was respectful of my price point, and very knowledgeable. Plus, she was fun! My Dad loved her too!!! I can’t wait for it to be delivered!

Our experience with James Way as well as Maria in the Secaucus, NJ store has been nothing short of top notch. We started coming in 2022 while our renovation was just getting started. The original piece of furniture we were considering was a dinette set. We kept coming but never buying, only window shopping. James remained patient. Fast forward to summer 2023 and we ended up buying an entire bedroom set then added a couch later then also added a mattress with Maria's help. We now needed one more piece of furniture for our guest room and it was a sofa sleeper from the outlet. James said come on in and I'll help you with it.

So not only are Ashley prices amazing, the furniture is exceptional quality. James is an A+ salesperson. Very knowledgeable and patient and no pressuring. So very happy ww worked with him on everything.

Our experience today was fantastic at Ashley's store. The service was 100 out of 10. The sales representative Victor was very friendly and competent. Thanks to his service, my daughter and I left pleased with his service and our purchase.

I received exceptional service from Angel R. - highly recommend! I went into the store a few weeks prior to purchasing to ask questions and see the couches available. I didn’t purchase that day but Angel gave me her number and replied to my texts incredibly fast the following weeks. I returned 3 weeks later with a different couch I was interested in online, Angel and her manager FaceTimed a different location so I could see the fabric and ask that sales associate any questions. I appreciate the customer service especially as a busy working mom with a 1.5 year old running around their store. They were so friendly and helpful - I’m looking forward to going back and purchasing the accompanying chair. FY - they price match any online Ashley prices and online it said 2-3 week delivery and it’s coming in 4 days!!! Highly recommend and ask for Angel!

My boyfriend and I wanted to remodel our town home so we came into Ashley’s looking for new furniture . We were immediately greeted by Santiago and told him what we were looking for. He showed us around and helped us through the whole process ! Santiago was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice which lead to the furniture that we purchased.
