Kohls associates are very helpful & friendly. I had an online order in my cart but decided to go to the store (Secaucus NJ) to try the items on. I had applied two offers in the online cart but didn’t know how to use them in store. Maria E. helped me navigate my phone to get to these offers. She didn’t seem bothered by my request for her help & was quite pleasant. The store looked beautiful with the holiday displays & the music playing made my shopping experience a pleasure. I have always loved Kohl’s, although the store had eliminated many brands and the store I visit does not have the jewelry😩I accepted, it little by little, the addition of Sephora is good👍.

Good deals. Great return policy. Realllllly tint maternity section. Kind of a ridiculously small section tbh. Almost feels like they just lure you over to the baby clothing aisle by having a one rack maternity section in front of it.

I only like Lee jeans because they fit me the best. Kohl's always has what I'm looking for in stock. They also have the best prices...

I found a pair of converse on sale here at a discounted price no other store was offering, i ordered online for in store pick up. To my surprise going to the back of the store there are shelves with bagged items stocked neatly, i was able to follow instructions via email, look for my order with my name, retrieve it from the shelf and leave..i found this process so easy. Definetly will do order online/pick up in store again.
