Delicious chocolates! New ownership but same excellent quality. Preferred the old location but this has more parking

Love the candy here! It's so worth the trip. The young people helping you can be a little friendlier.

Had all the chocolates I like plus ones I hadn't seen before. Also had ice cream and ice cream cakes.

My family and I visit New Hampshire often and love to visit different areas of the state. In June we happened by Peterborough and some quaint shops. One of those shops was Ava Marie Chocolates. We are great chocolate lovers and this shop was a great find. They have wonderful ice cream and a great atmosphere that allows patient shopping and a great staff that are super helpful. The selection is really interesting and I loved the warm and friendly nature of the staff. I tried about three ice cream flavors before finally settling on the best maple walnut. If you are in the Peterborough area, be sure to check out this wonderful shop! Thank you to Laura for all your help and patience while my son and I took our time choosing chocolate to bring home!

I went in to Ava Marie’s both before and after the move. The new location is, sadly, small, however I don’t think it lost any of its charm at all. The service is still great and they are supper patient, it takes me forever to decide what to buy, they have wonderful options and ice cream is to die for. Thank you for still being here!!

The best pecan clusters ever. Our friends look forward to receiving them as thank you gifts. Of course, the other chocolates I purchased there were Aldo sensational.

The new Ava Marie Chocolate shop is wonderful. As always with their scrumptious candies, ice cream and frozen yogurt. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the new owner for making such a beautiful candy store!

Just stopped in on our way through and so glad we did. First of all, this is a nice and tidy shop. The selection was vast and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful and very polite. We purchased a few chocolates and I had to try the ice cream. Wow, am I sure glad I did. Some of the best I’ve ever had! To wrap this up. Clean, tidy, good service, great selections and very delicious. You need to try this to satisfy your cravings and need for something sweet.
Update: we purchased a chocolate peanut butter whoopi pie and that too was amazing and unlike any that we’ve ever had. The cake was dense, moist and delicious. The peanut butter filling was not too sweet and very rich and also satisfying. A perfect combination that was crafted to perfection!

Stopped here just by chance to order some ice creams for the kids. It was one the greatest ideas we had during our vacation. The ice creams were just delicious, it made children (young and old ones) happy :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I received a box of chocolate as a present. Absolutely DELICIOUS! So many choices and they are all incredibly fresh and yummy!! Highly recommend!!

Best place ever. Ice cream bar is a hit in the summer, but the variety of handmade chocolates is heaven. The prices are good compared to other gourmet chocolatiers in the bigger cities. We get all our holiday and celebratory sweets here.

Lovely staff members that were entirely welcoming and polite! Incredible variety of delicious icecream flavors, as well as delicious homemade chocolates with different accommodations! (sugar free, dairy free sorbets/sherbets, gluten free candies/icecreams)

Beautiful store with a wonderful staff! The chocolates are way too good to be true. Wishing they had more stores around New England . I highly recommended the chocolate turtles and Maine Black Bear ice cream. The staff is always so helpful, explaining every flavor and what certain chocolates are like. If you're looking for a pick me up this is the place to go!!

This place is fantastic! My family loved the ice cream and the chocolates we got were awesome. It had a nice seating area and lots of choices for ice cream. The owner, Susan, was very pleasant and we will be back soon.

I had a GREAT & AMAZING experience at Ava Marie’s. Welcoming staff, got the correct ice cream order in a timely manor, and overall had a great time. The staff is great, specifically Rya I think it was? Great girl.

We ordered a cake that was still in the preparation stage when we arrived today to pick it up. They apologized for the delay, then they offered to deliver it to us in Milford. Amazing product, work ethic and staff. Top shelf. 5 stars, easily

What a beautiful shop. This place is a chocoholics delight! Delicious homemade candys, huge ice cream assortment and what a friendly staff. Get some yummy treats. Well worth the trip.

Best Chocolate Ever. My family visits this little treasure when ever we going hiking around the area. It's the perfect treat to round a day after hitting the trails. It's location is also fantastic, a 2-minute walk to a beautiful neighboring park and river.
