High Tide Take Out

Never thought I liked fish, but that fish and chips? WOW! Wonderful. Followed that up with a "small" ice cream cone which did not disappoint! The place has a friendly environment and the setup of the restaurant is really nice. I would recommend to people looking for a laid back dinner or carryout, and to anyone looking for ice cream in the area.

The food and icecream is always delicious (no matter what you get) portion sizes are perfect, it’s all reasonably priced too! Love the indoor/outdoor screened in porch. Always nice to enjoy the nice weather without bugs etc. Staff is pleasant. The Last two times we were there an employee/manager was walking around and stopped to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always. We love going to hide tide!

Our first time here and super bummed that it's almost the end of the season! The food was amazing! Crisp and fresh, generous portions! Service was quick and polite. Relaxed unassuming atmosphere! Hoping we can squeeze in at least one more visit before the end of the season ends!

I lived in NH as a child and high tide was always my most favorite place to go, so many great memories. So when I came back to town for a wedding I knew I just had to visit again. The food was just as delicious as I remember, the service was fantastic and the ice cream was delicious! Can’t wait to come back again!

Arguably the best fried seafood I've eaten and it's here in central NH! I would expect food like this on the coast of Maine. Even the coleslaw was delicious and that usually goes right in the trash! I can't believe that I've been missing out on this place all of this time having lived here a year and yet, I can't think of a better evening for it to be my first time.

Amazing food, I thought. We did take out, and I'll just say it was hard not to pull over and have dinner. It smelled like a good Maine seafood shack. Definitely going back GeForce season ends. I hear the salmon bites are the best...

The perfect place to stop for food if you have kids or a dog! Great broasted chicken (crispy but not greasy), casual screen porch or picnic table dining, playground, and plenty of parking. Dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and not to hard on your wallet.

My friend recommended the chicken tenders so I was going by and decided to call ahead and I enjoyed them in my truck before heading home. They were golden and delicious. Highly recommend. The owner Mike came out and said hello, very nice and friendly. Definitely going back

Lovely fries fish! I have daughter who is gluten free so she has the salmon /rice plate and that was very good too!! The staff was friendly and helpful. Please be kind as everywhere those who show up to work MUST be treated kindly!

On warm evenings it's very busy the scallops were melt in your mouth tender!

Best Bew England seafood restaurant! We've been going here for a very long time. Always getting the fried clams or fried fish. Followed by a great selection of ice cream.

Not one for fried fish as zi am a tough critic, however it was excellent. The fried clams are also excellent. My son loves the scallops and has ordered them every time and he is very particular when it comes to everything. If in Derry, NH vicinity avoid Clam Haven which used to be amazing and now I wouldn't eat there for free. High Tide has yet to disappoint!! I have only been able to say this about Rosewoods in Bellingham, MA and High Tide in Hillsboro. Highly recommended....Enjoy!!

We visited on a rainy Monday night and ate in the covered dining hall. There were lots of available tables. The staff members were friendly and super helpful (recommending foods, getting us a freshly cleaned high chair, etc). The haddock in the haddock & chips was amazing 👌 - highly recommend. And my husband says great things about the ice cream!

i loved it here. beautiful atmosphere. we sat outside and it was perfect. even while being busy it was quick and quiet.

I haven't been since 2019, and it was amazing! I ordered buffalo chicken tenders, and they were terrific! My kid got some mac and cheese from the kid's menu and loved it! I had the lobster roll, which was excellent—lots of room for your whole family.

I have never been disappointed in this place. And I have been going there for about 20 years. The staff is always kind and the owner or someone else always comes over to ask how our meal is. The broasted chicken is crispy and delightful. The seafood plates are plentiful and there is ice cream for dessert. The location is very nice. Lots of trees for shade and screened in areas to enjoy your food bug-free. Highly recommend!

Good fried seafood. We always get fish& chips, and fried clams. Good ice cream for dessert too. Great place for families with small kids with the playground to keep them busy while you wait! And wait you will since this place is very popular. I don't think we've ever been for supper where there wasn't a line, although the ice cream line is usually shorter than the food line.

Amazing seafood and always friendly staff. I go here very often. I reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat. If seafood isn't your thing then their burgers and hotdogs are also very good. Truly a hidden gem in the town of Hillsborough
