Fast Water Heater Company

I purchased two water heaters from Fast, to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. The installation turned out to be shoddy at best. Incorrect installation resulted in black mold throughout my entire garage. The installation was corrected, but they will not return calls in regards to taking care of the mold. I would highly advise finding another company for your water heater needs. Fast responded and has corrected all issues.

Best customer service. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. The installer was nice and respectful. He only took about 2 hours to drain and remove my old water heater. He let me know he would be soldering and it will have some smoke. Cleaned the area really good. I didn't see any water on my carpet at all. I already love my new smart water heater. Thanks!

Brilliant service by two young professional men. Their work was fast, excellent, and not expensive like others I got bids from.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to replace their water heater.

I would like to start off by stating that from beginning to end I never had even 1 worry, doubt, or issue. Do NOT let anybody fool you into thinking that going with just any company doesn't have its drawbacks, from scheduling to inspecting and then to installation and explanation of what they need to do to bring it up to code including filing the permit... SEAMLESS!!! Price was right bc I know I'll sleep good knowing I won't have any gas or water leak!

Excellent experience. Chad was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He helped correct a plumbing mistake I had made, and he did a great job on the installation. The price point was right what we had hoped for and we were glad we went through Home Drpot to connect with Fast Water Heaters. I highly recommend them.

The team here is incredible and so kind. I am so happy with everything from the sales process to installation to all of the communication. They were not the cheapest option but Brad from sales was incredibly thorough and I honestly trusted his opinion and the time he took to assess my project more than the other company that was cheaper. Jasen and his team were timely, friendly, and thorough. They came across as genuinely loving what they do which was awesome to see. I had to leave before the project was finished and came home to the space being completely swept and cleaned, and the electrician even took the time to document some extra items on my electrical box so that it would be easier for me to understand. I don’t think I’ve ever received such good service before. Extremely happy and couldn’t recommend enough!!

Lived up to their name. Installed a new hot water heater there next day. They were great at walking us through our options, since we also considered tankless. Workmanship seems high quality. It’s only been a few days, but so far so good. Great to have hot water again. Plumbing is a slight upgrade in quality from how the original builder put it together.

Fast replaced my 17 year old water heater with a new Rheem unit. The installer explained the steps he was doing because I wanted to learn as I'm an engineer. The removal and installation process took about 3 hours. I'm just happy I have hot water again .

My water heater broke the night before, and flooded my garage. Called FAST the morning after and they sent two guys to install the water heater. The dispatcher said it would be $2200 + $200 for a permit, but with venting adjustments, plumbing, water pan, pressure tank and tax, it ended up being $3200. A little disappointed the dispatcher didn’t mention all that, but they did a good job, and the Rheem Pro Series 50gal heater seems solid. I called in the morning and they came around 3pm and finished by 5pm. Thanks!

We had a tankless water heater installed by Fast Water Heater Co. this past week. It was such a smooth operation and the work was so well done. Because the building is small and the water heater was placed in the living space, every step was taken to make it not look like it would be done if it was in the basement or in our garage. We really appreciated the thoroughness and care of the technician that made the whole experience work well for us.

Call them that same day and they came out a couple of hours later. The tech, Chad was very thorough at explaining all the details of the cost of installing the gas water heater. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Email me the before pictures and post pictures of the new gas water heater. I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Fast Water Heater! Our water heater linked out on the weekend right as we were headed into a cold snap, of course, and we were worried we’d be in for a long wait or high weekend install rates. Instead, we got next day service, affordable, competitive rates, and a smooth installation process. From the initial scheduling, to the inspection and install, and the follow up, everyone was professional, courteous, and communicative. True to the name, the install took under 90 minutes, and everything was clean and well documented. Honestly, an 10 out of 5 star experience!

The company reached out to me the day after I contacted Home Depot online to inquire about pricing. They work 7 days a week with no extra weekend charges for water heater installation. Installation was scheduled for the same day and pricing was transparent. The technician was a pro with a license and installation didn't take long even though a lot of things needed to be changed for my setup (relocation of the water expansion tank, the support structure for the water heater needed to be replaced). No issues with my new water heater since it was installed a about a half hour ago. An automatic water shut-off system was offered with a siren for leak warnings as an option, which is kind of cool. The technician and the scheduler were both friendly and patient. Great customer service so far.

Our heater stopped working, Eric from fast water heater company was really helpful to have diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We got quotes from multiple companies, they provided the lowest estimate with the clearest itemized plan. We knew exactly what was done and how much it would cost. The communication was fast and smooth. Highly recommend them!

Great follow up and responsiveness early on to get things scheduled. Tech arrived on time, friendly and extremely professional. New tank had an issue that was discovered during install, got a new tank and ensured job was done as quickly as possible despite the setback. Tech was meticulously, explained everything and was ensure work area was clean as when he got there

From scheduling a call from Fast Water Heater at my local Home Depot to finished installation was less than a week. I was updating so there was no emergency. The installer, Thiago, was very personable and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again if the need arises.

Our hot water heater gave out and we were pleasantly surprised by the promptness (and price) of Fast Water Heater’s replacement. Eric did a beautiful job at the installation and helped us address some issues with prior DIY work that a previous owner had done. In all we’re super satisfied and will definitely be reaching out again in the future!

Rod did an amazing job and explained in detail the condition of my old hot water heater which was pretty bad. The new one looks awesome and I love that it has a digital panel on the front where I can control the temperature (my old one didn't have that) and he put a pan under it (also not available on my old one) to catch water should there be any leaks. I was amazed that I only scheduled it late Saturday afternoon and they got me on the schedule so fast! They actually could have come out yesterday but I was busy. I'm also really happy they are contracted with Home Depot so I could use my interest free Home Depot credit card to pay for it.
