Loved the hike. Make sure you wear actual hiking boots. Trail is muddy and slippery. The trail to the left to the pond is quite easy. To the east peak and top is very hard. So make sure you up for it.

3 different paths you could take. Fairly easy to get to the stream you have to cross. My niece who is 2 cave and enjoyed playing with the rocks at the stream.

This is a fantastic hike! Wish I would of know I'd be crossing a rocky stream shortly after starting. In retrospect we should of taken our boots off and crossed. It was a hot day so walking the rest with wet boots was not too bad. The trail head and all trails app doesn't identify the Greeley Pond Trail as the yellow markers on the trees. We figured it out. The trail was easy to moderate and fairly well maintained. Walking up to the first pond was better then expected. A pristine mountain pond with a duck couple swimming around and fish jumping. The second shallower pond was a short hike from the first. There was we were serenaded by birds and had a few swallow tail butterfly's fluttering around us as company. When we first came upon the second pond we apparent warned a bear we were there and in the distance we saw the blur of it run fast from the water into the woods. It was a peaceful, spectacularly beautiful delight.

Beautiful spot and a nice easy hike without any near verticle climbs. Was pretty busy during peak foliage season as to he expected but the trails were still very quiet and enjoyable.

Beautiful views. Nice mix of rock scrambling and trail meandering. Would not do when conditions are wet.

Beautiful hike with a rugged (but rewarding) 1,000 feet of elevation over four tenths of a mile.

Not a lot of space to park a car, but beautiful hike! When we went in early May, there was a river to cross, but no bridge. I'd guess that during summer there might be a bridge or at least less water, but for know be prepared to figure out original ways of crossing!

Parking lot is small. So plan to arrive in early morning. If not roadside parking is available.

Wow-y drive through the trail, but the traffic is unthinkable in foliage season.
