H2Ocean Restaurant & Raw Bar

Absolutely delicious!! It is very clear how fresh and well cooked the food is. I ordered a clam chowder soup. The soup was absolutely delicious. It had a soft buttery taste with hearty ingredients. Big pieces of potato, vegetable, and clam. For my main course I ordered the seafood bake. It includes shrimp, scallops, a lobster tail, and sole. Each piece was cooked perfectly and obviously very fresh. It is a little pricey, but that is to be expected to get such fresh and delicious food. The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. I would definitely come back !

The best sea food I’ve ever had hands down. Such an amazing environment and service was terrific. I had the seared ahi tuna dinner and it was just ridiculously good and tender. Worth every cent and then some, my favorite spot to eat in the state. Been here twice

H2Ocean is amazing. We loved everything that we ordered. The crab soup so great. The grilled octopus so great. The red snapper and swordfish so great. The service friendly and fast. Oh yeah, the s'mores dessert is soooooo gooooood. I can easily recommend H2Ocean to everyone. Go and enjoy an Amazing seafood meal. Try the fries😀😁👍

We went to H2Ocean for my birthday this year, and let me tell you... it was amazing! The service was slow yet deliberate, and the food was *chef's kiss* perfection! We ordered the calamari starter, swordfish and halibut, and key lime pie for dessert. We devoured the calamari, it was fresh and tied well with the fried veggies. The swordfish was thick and cooked to perfection, while the halibut was both golden and crispy while still flaky and delicious. The key lime pie was so rich and delectable that, regardless of how stuffed we felt, we finished it anyways! Our amazing server Fernando also brought us a deconstructed cannoli with home-made cannoli cream (on the house) for my birthday, which was an awesome touch. He even went out of his way to take some photos for us. Thank you Fernando and H2Ocean for making my birthday one to remember!

Not actually sure as to why this place is shutting the doors for good. My first time there and the place was packed and there was a wait. This was on a Wednesday night, so I would hate to see what Friday and Saturday night looks like. Food was excellent and came out hot and fresh, drinks weren't watered down and served was very attentive eventhough he had other tables. Gave recommendations on dessert and I should have listened, mine was good but I'm sure what he recommended was better.

My wife and I love eating here. Food quality is fantastic, and the service is always great. We have even planned our holiday parties here and have never been disappointed. The menu doesn’t change much between visits, but we know that whatever we choose is perfectly prepared.

This place was amazing .I never realized that such a wonderful place was so close to home. The place is absolutely beautiful the food was so so delicious the drinks were perfect because it just seems like every place I go for a drink lately everything just seems to be watered down and definitely not at this place I had two cosmopolitans that were like probably the best I've had in a really long time the ambiance is great and the waiter was extraordinary super amazing I was there this past Saturday night and I will definitely be back.

Lobster Mac and cheese is amazing and I don't like mac and cheese. The Thai Curry mussels are so good I had it again for my dessert! Shrimp and Crab Bucatini is amazing, must have! Their Mule is great too... One of my favorite places to eat in NJ. I don't like oysters but they seem to have a wide variety and my wife likes them.

What a great restaurant. From the hostess to the wait staff the people were friendly and helpful. We had the wild fish and linguini and it was exceptionally tasty. When we had lingered for 3 hours soaking in the beachside vibe the hostess graciously offered us a seat the bar. Flawless all around and do yourself a favor check out the bathrooms. Absolutely lovely.

Man 👨 this place 📍 absolutely slapped 👋. Very fresh 🐠 🐟. Great 🦪 and lobster 🦞 Mac and cheese 🫕 🧀. We also loved the meatballs 🏀 and mussels 💪🏽 the 🍣 tuna tar tar had good 🥭. The 🦀 made me forget that I had 🦀. The 🐠 fish 🌮 taco made me want to cum 💦 and the side salad 🥗 was fresh 💯 and clean 🧼 don’t forget the home 🏠 made donut 🍩 for desert 🌵

We loved everything!
You can feel the freshness of the seafood meal, no frozen nor old. Service was very professional , beautiful ambiance, and very attentive with covid restrictions.
We had a great night! We will be back!

I enjoyed the special halibut, special ricotta and the mint ice cream sandwich. Waiter was wonderful. GM runs an amazing restaurant.
Tables are a nice size. You don't feel squished.
Valet service on busy nights.

4.5 stars. Food was very good. I'm sure its significantly better when eaten in the restaurant, which I hope to be able to do in the future. We ordered:

Frito misto- my dad really liked but I wasn't a huge fan
Lobster mac n cheese- very good! Huge chunks of lobster and the hint of truffle oil was delicious
Crab soup- meh. It was pretty bland, we had to add seasoning.
Seared scallops (I asked for it in the halibut style)- very well done! Scallops were cooked nicely and the sauce was tasty. I thought the tomatoes were delicious, the potato pancake didnt really work in my opinion (I dont think latkes were meant to be eaten with scallops), and the green beans were a bit raw for me but that's personal preference
Seared tuna- my dad ordered and really enjoyed. I'm not a tuna fan but I thought the flavors were nice.
We ordered the liquid cannoli cocktail which was left out of the order but they were nice when we called and said they would refund it. Hopefully I can try in the future.

Food was delicious! Love the lobster Mac and cheese; surprised by the amount of lobsters served. The wild seafood linguini was very tasty as well, with large varieties of seafood. Cocktails were ok.

We have never had a bad meal at H2 Ocean, Michael and his staff always provides exceptional service and the food is always beyond our expectations!

Perfectly equipped for Covid-19 guidelines, and the food is out of this world! Would definitely visit again!! Oh, and get the chocolate martini!!

This place is amazing really good food I had the Ahi Tuna very tasty Immaculate clean big-play II easily have a hundred people feed the bartender was a little snooty at first and then chilled out front of the cooks game in touch start able to make sure we are okay and one of the other bartenders that came in was really nice studying park with us for a few minutes highly recommend this place definitely go check it out!

Up here at a weekend training conference and looking for a good place to eat.
We are in New Jersey and we want Italian while we are here but not the heavy pasta laden menu so many places offer.
This is perfect. It pays homage to it's heritage but its not bound to it.
Fresh, high end ingrediants, well executed, great result.
We had 3 appetizers, wine and dessert. Classic meatballs, a lonely chilled half lobster, seafood salad like you were sitting seaside at a place on the Med, and a deconstructed cannoli to end the meal.
Extensive wine list that fits any budget.
And David ptesented an excellent service in a casual atmosphere. I think you will enjoy.

Went twice in less than a week! Service was phenomenal! Appetizers tasty and main entrees devine... twin lobster tail Monday didn't disappoint! Definitely going here again next time in town.

Okay, if you're looking for seafood, look no further! You need to make a reservation ASAP. I went here for Valentine's day and made my reservation a few days prior. Once I got there, I realized I messed up and actually made the reservation for the day before, so I was pretty upset I messed up Valentine's day. But the staff saved the day and understood the mistake and still sat us! I am so glad they did too, because this food was so incredible. The lobster mac and cheese was phenomenal and their fillet mignon was perfectly cooked. My girlfriend got the seafood pasta which she also enjoyed. We also got the creme brulee and the s'mores desert (which the waiter also gifted us), both were super super good. Between the experience, ambiance and food itself. This place is stellar.
