Hancock Overlook

Went back during foliage season. Gets crowded with visitors and overflow parking is beside the road(hazard especially from a sharp curve) view for me is not as beautiful as those with the unofficial pullovers.

Just at the end of the needle curve. Parking space for a trail hike but the view is good, could consider this as a scenic view.

A must-see vista along the Kancamagus Scenic byway. Whether you're on a fall foliage excursion or summertime drive, the overlook offers a beautiful view of the White Mountain National forest. It's a great place to stop for lunch/snack though there's no picnjc tables. A nice gazeboo structure with sitting benches offers a place to stretch out your legs. Read about the history of the WMNF and take some time to soak in the views. Parking can be an issue anytime of the year but it's worth the effort.

Beautiful scenic overlook! Not a 2 minute stop or you don't breathe it all in. Plan to allow down and "smell the roses" here with all your senses. God is amazing!!!

Nice place to stop, excellent views. Can be very busy on the weekends during foliage.

An amazing overlook worth the visit. Although if you don't have 4x4 you won't be able to get in .to much snow at this time of year in January 2021.

Beautiful turn off right after the hairpin turn going east on the Kanc towards N Conway, great views, spectacular when foliage arrives

It was a rainy day and the trees just started to show colors! I bet on a sunny day it would look marvelous.

The Kanc is one of the most beautiful road for foliage. Hancock Overlook is the first Overlook if coming from Lincoln, NH. The view here is stunning, and featured with the Heart Shape Tree ❤ Came here almost every Fall and never been disappointed.

Amazing views! We went up here every night while camping to get lost in the stars. It did not disappoint!

Beauty of this spot unmatched to all but one person. As the mountains in the far distance scrape the sky and the hush of the forest below. It was no better place to bend my knee to the most important person in my life. This winter wonderland, wet snow blackets the ground, and her eyes to bright the mountain. If not the proposed here, then where else? I love you Jazzy. And for that this place deserves a five heart rating.

Foliage is just getting ablaze in the White Mountains, New Hampshire. I was there this past weekend and going back the next not to miss the full foliage fire explosion coming up. The region is overwhelmingly breathtaking! If you haven't made up your mind to go yet, the time is now! And there's plenty of activities going on all around the area... Dress warm and take this beautiful monster by its horns! Whether you're an outdoor lover or not, you can't but just take in the majestic beauty of nature all around.
