Had these guys take a look at my transmission after it completely stopped shifting into gear. Their prices were fair, they kept me updated on the progress, and the work was quality. Haven't had a problem since. Will definitely be taking my car back here for regular issues.

If there is a more fair, reasonably priced repair shop in the area, don't bother telling me cuz i beat you to it! These young folks over at Hamlin Automotive are accommodating, professional and most importantly to me is that they say what they are going to do and then do just that. PLUS good communication.

The owner here is a knowledgeable mechanic, and he hires the same. Great people who know what they're doing and are reasonably priced. I was nervous picking a mechanic moving down here nearly a year ago, and they came highly recommended by a neighbor. I've had to have lots of work done to my car and have not been disappointed.

I take both of my vehicles to these guys. Very knowledgeable and they don't try to make you pay for extra things you don't need.

I've been taking my cars to Hamlin Auto for years now. They are always very responsive to my phone calls, answer my questions pretty thoroughly, and don't talk over my head about issues with the cars. The pricing is fair and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I changed winter tires off but the Viovonline tech did not change the log nuts to the correct one. They did not even ask me whether I have another set of log nuts, just simply threw those nuts on my summer tires. I changed a set of new tires and was told those log nuts are not the right one at MIDAS. Somehow I was supposed to go back retort the nuts??? I’m not a mechanic, so no way I would understand that. As you all can imagine, my tires almost are falling off in the middle of drive, making scary noise. I pulled in this garage after working three 12 shifts in a row…. The guy took one of the customer’s car out of the garage and took care of mine right away cuz I told them I have to go back to work tonight….. very customer friendly… this will be my go-to garage from now on. I trust these guys.

I've been a customer with Steve since he started at BC through now in his own business. Steve is the most honest trustworthy person I know and he and his crew do excellent work and stand behind their work. He doesn't do any work I don't need - no surprises - and pushes off things I don't need. He's advised me to get rid of my last two vehicles rather than put more money into them. I recommend Hamlin Auto to anyone who reads this as I have to many folks in the past who are now customers. They are outstanding!

they are amazing. this is the second time I have had an issue that I needed a quick fix addressed and the owner himself came out fixed my problem and didnt even charge me for his time when other mechanic have sent me away told me they couldnt help me or wanted to charge me a huge fee without even having the ability to fix the problem. Thank you for helping this mom in a tight situation.

Always professional ,absolutely honest and fair. I don't go to anyone else. They were booked till November but took me on 10/13 within one day as a regular customer. Dependable and honest.
