I just moved in to my home and saw a mouse!!!!! Caleb from Orkin came the next morning to treat my home with mouse traps and any other critters! It was christmas weekend and wasn't sure if any company would be available. Within 2 days they had Alexander come out to assess and treat again. I have also had visits from Ash. All three have been profession, timely and explained everything need to keep my home free from ants, spiders, bugs or mice!

Orkin has given me peace and confidence knowing that I call them anytime if I experience unwanted visitors.

Excellent visit. Ted the technician was very knowledgeable! He helped me understand the agreement and the services far better than the home office. He knew what to attack and left me with a good sense of what to expect. I am very satisfied.

We switched from another pest control service to Orkin in January of 2023 when we discovered a mouse problem in our basement which the service we were using (for 5+ years) had said nothing about. Orkin thoroughly inspected our home (basement and attic), pointed out all areas that had allowed the mice to get in our basement, detailed how those areas would be sealed up and the basement (thankfully, no issue in the attic) completely remediated. Orkin performed the work in one day, with 4 tecnicians, and now provides us with quarterly pest control plus inspects our basement and attic for mice activity. No more mice. All Orkin employees and technicians have been professional, prompt, efficient and very helpful. Orkin is global, has been dealing with pests and rodents for 120+ years and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We sure wish we had gone with Orkin years ago. But at least we clearly chose the right company to get rid of the mice and protect our home going forward.

Lucas was awesome. He was super friendly, communicative, and professional and made sure the work was done well.

Connor was incredibly thorough and detailed to inspect our house for mice. He was far more thorough than anybody else, and explained in greater detail how they were entering.

Had some issues with wasps nest in my house sidings which ultimately spelled into my basement- Orkin folks got rid of it after 3 visits- Connor is very knowledgeable and great to work with- He came out twice and spent lot of time working on the issue- if you call the Aurora office, ask for Connor, guy is a gem dealing with these issues- well done mate!

Jessica did a great job. She was prompt, thorough and explained what she was doing to eliminate the problems at my home.

Sean is our regular service provider. He is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the services provided by Orkin-Aurora. My home is bug-free and my yard is pleasant again, without the mosquitos. They even took care of the mice in our basement. We’ll continue to use Orkin-Aurora for as long as we live in the area.

Your technician has been our technician in the past and is very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He demonstrates great customer service skills. He has gone deeper in attacking the problem of, “Brown Recluse Spiders 🕷 infestation.
We are not sure how they came in our house. However, this has been an ongoing problem since mid June.
So glad to see him be more aggressive in his role.

Used them last year and didn't see one spider or bug for almost a whole year so decided to get the yearly plan. Very nice people and had the best pricing of a few of the companies out there.my service guy Ted always does the best job

I have a rodent issue that will never be solved due to the fact that I live in a townhouse. Orkin was up front about this. I use the service to set traps and remove rodents. I’m very happy with the service as I find this task to be very distasteful.

Our tech is always very friendly and helpful. He also always addresses any issues with we may be having.

The Orkin technician was friendly and helpful. We had several wasps nests in our shed and he checked the whole property and made sure that all the wasps were taken care of! I’m very appreciative of his thoroughness and professionalism.

The service techs are very thorough and explain everything about what they're doing, how long our dog should stay in the house after treatment. They're quite professional and very friendly. Orkin has kept a serious ant problem under control for years now. I'd recommend Orkin to anyone with a pest problem. EDIT: Another regular service call today. As always, the tech was pleasant and service was great.
