Great spot to get supplies of any kind including office space for work or for home office. There is plenty of small items that are not found in normal stores. They have many many options to choose from especially for students going to school. The tech here is decent but won't be too expensive. Its kept clean and has a peaceful shopping experience here.

Writing this review specifically for REHAN in the shipping and printing area. He went above and beyond to fix my order. I came here earlier in the week and no one showed a sense of urgency and excellent communication like he did today! I was trying to print labels for my products, for some reason they were not able to center the logo, so it was cutting off either the top or bottom half. After a few tries and a little wait Rehan was able to get it centered the best he could. He offered other options and suggested different ways i could get it done. Thank you so much Rehan!

My experience at Staples has been beyond what I could have expected. Back to school for me as a teacher means printing out countless papers, posters and the like. In particular, Jared and Tatiana have helped me get this done at lightning speed. After putting in an online order from home, they were so quick to complete the print job that it was ready for me when I arrived. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their excellent service.

My sister, aunt and I needed assistance with enlarging pics to good quality poster pics of my mom who recently passed. We were full of emotions and Carrie helped us through the entire process. Her patience and empathy was unmatched. We sincerely thank her for stepping us through the process to get us the best prints without distorting my mother's face. Thank you again Carrie!

I needed to quickly access my bank statement for getting my license renewed at the DMV next door by using their computer and printer, which was something I've never done before... But the great, friendly, courteous, and so understanding employees at Staples guided me through the process, quick and painless! 🥰😍☺👌👍

In spite of a review someone left 2 years ago who said they couldn’t get their textbook spiral bound, I was able to get mine done today and picked it up the same day with no problem. Kudos to the guy working the printing center! Great customer service and knew what he was doing.

I would like to personally thank Doug, the manager at this location for giving me super service when I needed it most. He was able to locate the 1 tech accessory in stock that I needed when no other store had it. Although previous reviews show this store may need service improvement for some staff, Doug is the exception. Kudos to Doug for a job well done!

Despite some copiers (MFD) being down, I was able to get in & out in a short amount of time.

When I went to Staples at south Plainfield Stelton road for color prints I was welcome and greeted by person name Carrie#10 and she quickly helped me with the print service and gave me choice to print on different paper which was very impressive and I change my mind to print on white paper instead on beige color paper. The customer service and her work were very professional.

The cashier that was there was so amazing and nice. He had so much patience with me when I was having a hard day. Truly a great store, will be coming back soon!

Michael was super helpful, greeted me warmly and he offered me an ink and toner promotion which I will get cash back will certainly come back

Went to get wedding invitations printed today as well as RSVP's, detail cards, etc. and the experience was so simple! My fiance and I were helped by KayLee and she made the process very simple and fun! We had the stationary chosen, everything printed and cut - same day! I highly recommend this store and especially working with KayLee for your printing/copying needs. Thanks so much!!!

Service as soon as I walked in the door. I was in and out of the store with my purchase in under 4 minutes. Now that's truly service very good service. And I guarantee that I would makes my purchases from this store in Piscataway whenever I need office supplies, always.

Good afternoon everyone, I went to Staples in South Plainfield, I notice they don't have the old fax machine and this young beautiful lady, Quaniyah greeted me and assisted me on using the new Xerox printer to be able to fax my documents. Quaniyah explained step by step the new faxing process it was fast and efficient. Quaniyah provided me excellent customer service.

I purchase at Staples about once a week. I also purchase online and pickup at this Staples store in South Plainfield. They have been very good at fulfilling the orders overall and I am happy with their service and price.

Retro Edison had an amazing service experience at Staples South Plainfield NJ. Their service tech manager, Rony Codjoe took a thoroughly professional approach to diagnosing our computer issue and fixed the problem completely; no easy task. First he debugged the computer, then ran a series of diagnostic tests, then made several decisions regarding which path to take in resolving the problem. Each decision Rony made was the logical repair approach until we finally exhausted all options and purchased a new hard drive. A HD is the last resort any business wants to take since so much is stored on the drive. Rony made sure that all our important documents, files and programs were backed up properly before he changed the HD. He explained each step along the way like a "tech doctor". He made sure personally that every drop of data was put back into the computer properly afterward. It was one of the most professional service experiences I have ever had. I can only say that Rony is a top notch "computer wiz" and moreover a terrific and nice guy to work with. If I could give 10 STARS this experience would warrant it.
