Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle is literally my favorite location! My coworkers and I order from here literally every other week lol I’m usually very eerie of ordering food via delivery but we’ve never encountered any issues with ordering for delivery. Even in person we get the same food portions and the food tastes great. They never miss when it comes to the food! It’s always consistent and tastes so good! 😋 the employees could be a bit more polite and courteous (when we do go in person) but whatever atleast the food is good!

Portions are a great size, I always order in person and have never had an issue. Place seems like it’s running smoothly. The staff moves at a fast speed so you’re never waiting too long on line.

A fairly busy and popular stop for lunch and dinner, with quick service including efficient mobile orders ready on the double for pick-up. Classic flavors that taste consistent with the first restaurants that opened up about 20 years ago. Convenient parking and close to 287, 22, and residences in Warren, Martinsville, and Bridgewater. Check out the crowd on a Friday evening and find locals, teenagers, college students, families, and workers.

I can't believe this one only has three stars. I mean it's Chipotle I'm rating it based on being a Chipotle lol. But I've never had an issue with them running out of something and not willing to make it. Sometimes you have really slow and employees that will ignore you while they finish whatever tasks they feel like they need to do it that moment. Like one time a girl put on the last set of gloves but then instead of taking my order she walked away got a new box and put it in even though she already had a set of gloves on lol. But besides that it's pretty great. The portions they don't really skimp on. But today I knew I had to write my review. There was this Spanish girl with tattoos (I saw that manual shift knob too girl 😎) that was super efficient She was helping down the whole line when they got jammed up. She's very efficient and her portions were beautiful!

This is definitely the better Chipotle in the area.

We stopped here with our youth group. Because.... we know they do a great job and are fast so we wouldn't be holding up the line for others (and we could still get the group home on time). They didn't disappoint. They were great and we got out of there quickly with happy teens full of Mexican fast food. Thank you!!

Good location and food is great. Staff were friendly and patiently filling the requirement. Ordered Chicken bowl and Quesadilla, both are tasty. In summers we can sit outside and enjoy the beauty of Chimney Rock 🪨.

Came into chiptole tonight , seemed like there were training a new guy. I saw that he was shakey a bit so i tried going slow for him. My god he the bowl he made me is the best chiptole bowl i’ve ever eaten.The portions were just right. thanks for making me and my brothers dinner !

This is literally my favorite Chipotle. Every time I’m there I never have to wait, the portion sizes are great and something about the food here just tastes better. I literally will go out of my way just to order at this chipotle. My only complaint goes to the complex it’s located in and their parking lot which is so poorly laid out.

I’ve had some bad experiences at other Chipotle’s but this has restored my faith in the brand. The food was good (rice cooked, meat tender and seasoned well, veggies fresh) as well as good portions (not stingy). The place was clean and the staff was efficient. Thank you to the team here!

might objectively be the best chipotle in NJ. the food is always on point. everything from fluffy rice to flavorful chicken. 👌🏾. I don't go to chipotle near my house because this one is too good.

Good service. Very clean. They get you in and out pretty quick. Overall, it’s a good location to go to.

Food is better than other locations, could be a bit more fresh during the busiest hours, but it's still "fast food" the carnitas was dry, and not much available at 530pm.

I recently had a major issue with a chipotle order from this restaurant that was delivered by Door Dash. It was clear it was Door Dash’s issue and not the Chipotle. I went down there to see if I could have the messed up item corrected and they were SO kind, helpful and genuinely cared about giving me the best meal possible. They replaced my whole order quickly and accurately! I didn’t catch the name of the woman working at the mobile order station at the time but she was absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition from her managers!

Chipotle is a good alternative to cooking at home and their food is always fresh and quite tasty! They need to improve on consistency of portioning because there are often times where you need to request that they give you your money's worth of food.

I have only ever ordered from this Chipotle location via the mobile app.

Great food and service. The only complaint I can have is that a few dump trucks carrying asphalt were stinking up the parking lot with fumes.

1st time this new Chimney Rock location. Nice staff, clean, tastey salad. Can't believe I ate it all! 😋 (👎👎to Bridgewater location by the Commons Mall)
