Walmart Pharmacy

I arrived right before they close (I just got off work) and I really needed a prescription that had to be transferred from another Walmart. Although they were about to close, the pharmacist, Van, took the time to call the other pharmacy and fill my prescription right then. She really helped me out and it would have been a lot easier to make me come back some other time. Thank you Van for your excellent service and compassion!

PS. Of all the other drug stores ie: Rite Aid, Bartells and even Walmart, (I like Walmarts off brand face cream the best) I still consider Walgreens as #1.

Customer service is wonderful! I’ve needed to transfer several prescriptions from another Walmart and the staff here has always been very accommodating and friendly. I appreciate getting the texts that tell me when it is ready so I don’t waste my time waiting. I travel frequently and really like that I can pick up my prescriptions at any Walmart in the country.

These pharmacists and everyone who works here deserve metals of honor. They are constantly busy and put up with a lot of undeserved rudeness. They always come through even if it is slow and people need to understand that these workers are moving as fast as possible and handling quite a lot. I never write reviews but felt I needed to because I have been going here for a few years and respect them and their work load.

They were the only pharmacy in 25 miles that had the medication my doctor prescribed for my pneumonia. They got them pulled from
another walmart and filled in less than 2 hours. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Just came in today for another adjustment of my frames & Sahro was really quick and professional with the repair. She is awesome

I like the employees and James the Manager. All have been helpful and I have never had a problem and have been using them for 5 years.

It's alright. I've been here quite a bit. I like the location and have never really had a major problem. I have worked in customer service for 6 years so I can't help but have a personal opinion. Healthcare and insurance/medications/etc are a sensitive and unique subject. Some people may not understand that world fully, and it seemed like the last time I went in I felt like I was treated like an idiot. My bill was not something I could afford at that time so I asked if I could buy a smaller quantity...the woman helping me kept sighing and was visibly irritated. It made me feel like an inconvenience. She did her job, and everything worked out. I was told later there was another window I should have went to. On the phone the man made me feel like it was all my fault. He said the medication was changed 4 or 5 times which I wasn't aware of. I was asking the women for help and I was honestly very confused- and was just trying to spend a particular amount I could afford. They told me I needed to have the amount figured out beforehand. But how can I figure out how much I will owe on my own when insurance can be so random? They tried to resolve the issue on the phone after this experience but it honestly made me feel worse. Unfortunately.

Great price great product bad customer service very disrespectful in the longest wait time known to mankind one prescription can take up to 2 hours at this Pharmacy when there's nobody in there it's ridiculous!!!
I just changed my 1 star rating to 3-star rating. Because the pharmacist Michael at the Renton location for Walmart was not disrespectful and he was professional and he did his job.
I feel that I will keep my end with Walmart and change my review. But I'm going to leave the first part what I originally stated as to why I gave this rating. At least Walmart made strives to try to fix the problems!
