Raining Tacos Mexican Food Truck

First time i ordered online: tacos & a bowl.
Unfortunately I received a burrito and not the bowl. The bowl costs more and my kid can't eat that large of a burrito.
I called the food truck and was unable to get a refund. The lovely person that remembered me, recommended i come back and get the bowl I paid for. So i did and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back.

Found this truck sort of on accident but man you have to check it out! It is Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Get the street tacos and try each meat. They have a vegetarian option as well. If you like it hot ask for their habanero salsa! They have options for outdoor seating too.

Our family loves the food here. We found this place over a year ago after moving to Washington. We don't live nearby but make the drive here pretty often. The food is on point and the staff is very nice. Our favorites are the taco plate and the sopes. We usually get the Carne asada, Carnitas and Al Pastor.
The prices are also really reasonable.

This taco truck appears to be a semi-permanent installation outside the Renton McLendon hardware store. I have eaten here about 6 times now. Never disappointed. Crispy hash browns and nicely seasoned chorizo for the breakfast items. Solid lunch & dinner options as well. I recommend trying the tacos al pastor or the California burrito. When I got the California burrito the fries were still crispy inside. Also the hot sauces are really on point, the red has an excellent kick and the green will sneak up on you.

If I had to pick only one , then this is it . My pick!! Love the chicken tacos with the green sauce . The chorizo burrito too . All times all the food!

First time experience and I will definitely be back.

Chilaquiles verdes: crispy tortilla chips with tangy green salsa and rice and beans. Rice and beans were uneventful but the crispy tortillas and salsa hit the mark.

Torta de asada: not bad, however nothing to make it stand out from a typical tortilla.

Kid tacos: perfect portion for a 4 & 7 year old. They did prefer the rice and beans over the chicken tacos maybe asada tacos would have been more interesting for them.

Tacos de asada: the meat is nice and juicy with excellent flavor. They have a great variety of salsas: manzano (not apples this is a chile pepper variety that is quite spicy), habanero (very spicy), red salsa (still hot but manageable) and green salsa (mild and tangy)

Very flavorful tacos with good salsa. Definitely worth stopping by to try out.

Gotta ask for no cheese & sour cream, otherwise great / what you should expect.

Not just the best tacos in town the best food in town, and not just in town!!! I have traveled many places including beautiful Mexico and their food is amazing! The salsas are not typical and are some of the best I have ever had. I feel what makes the food perfection, is the food is cooked with love, skill and passion. No wonder because the crew there are so lovely. Finally I will say we really appreciate that the use paper plates, which are fully compostable. Mill gracious!

Alambre and carne asada burrito is the way to go. Their chips are amazing and so are the tacos.

Be patient. It's not the fastest. But the result will be worth it. I always order the veggie burrito with the works. And 2 green sauces. Yummy.

Wasn't expecting much, and then shocked by the taste of beef quesadilla. So impressive. Thier hot sauce too goes so well with their food. Deserves 5 star if not more.

Nothing says romance more than a burrito at Home Depot😅😅😅😅😅😅. Food was delicious service was great and the convenience of having good food while I was shopping was even the best

Raining Tacos has a lot of items that other trucks dont like alambre and chilaquiles. I had the chorizo burrito. Nicely finished on the flat top. Bonus for the frozen drinks. I had the green tea (matcha) which was yummy. Super quick with everyones order as well as there were people ahead of me that all had short waits

Fantastic Mexican food truck with affordable prices. Let's be real, most food trucks are no longer cheap the way they were but this one is still moderately priced.

Parked in MacLindons premise, there are two tables under the shade and that's about it. Best bet is to get a to go.

The food itself is pretty good and the hot sauces are actually hot - trust the guy when he says it's hot because they indeed are. I always get the Tacos and they are great! However I have had other plates occasionally and everything else has been good. Of note, Carne Asada is so good too.

Do visit if you are shopping hardware.

You know the tacos are good when you don't need any sauce!!! Another plus is how clean and maintained the truck and surrounding areas are!!

Fantastic! The carne asada fries were EPIC and the California burrito is delightful and satisfying. Great and friendly service, we will 100% be back.

As somebody who moved to South Seattle from Los Angeles about a year ago and was used to being spoiled/surrounded by delicious taco trucks all the time, I was immensely sad and disappointed when I moved here and was let down by every taco truck I had tried. That is, until I met my one true love, Raining Tacos. This place is 'friggen delicious, the people who run it are always super friendly and generous, and I will never stop coming here. Also, kudos for having vegetarian-friendly options. The veggie burrito here is the greatest thing to ever happen to my mouth, and I highly recommend it to all - vegetarian or not. It's really great!

This was the best steak burrito I've had in a long time! I went to this food truck because they have vegan options for my family and they did not disappoint! Vegan burrito and a Vegan Burrito bowl that were also very tasty! Rice and beans vegan also!
Next time I will try the Mangonada drink. Definitely worth a try!
