I was skeptical to go here based on some of the reviews. However it seems there have been some changes in management and personnel. I had a great experience. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and doctor Mack is knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job on my filling. The front desk was also very friendly and professional.

There were two positive aspects of my visit today. First, I received a good explanation of the changes in this practice over the last couple of years. Secondly, Dr. Alphonso Mack took care of replacing two fillings that had fallen out in less than a year. As a result, I have greater confidence in this practice moving forward. I also appreciated learning about the amazing woman who is Dr. Mack’s mother.

I like Dr. Reddy' s office. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful all at the same time. No easy feat.

I've been trying to get an appointment since even before Corona just so that they could recommend me to an oral surgeon, have been going to them for years since I was 15 but there has been a steady decline in service, before Corona they lost my appointment, and then forgot to order a spacer to put in between my teeth, after 3 months of calling them and trying to remind them no update and then Corona hit, their voice mailbox has been full for months and it looks like nobody is even there on a daily basis. Went to a different dentist, had to wait two weeks for an appointment but as soon as I walked in and got an x-ray they recommended me to an oral surgeon and I was out in 30 minutes, it's not that hard to run a business

My family and I were with this practice for over 20 years when it was Dr. Sagor and we trusted him completely. Unfortunately Dr Sagor retired and the new dentist Dr. Reddy told me on my first visit that I had a cracked tooth in the back of my mouth and I needed a crown. I had no pain at all so I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist. He examined me and my x-rays extensively. He then told me that my tooth wasn't cracked in any way, shape or form and that I did not need a crown at all. He gained four new patients that day as I moved my whole family to his practice.
I would not go back to Dr. Reddy ever and if you are still a patient there and are told that you need something, get a second opinion. I seriously think someone should investigate the way this practice operates.

We were patients of dr sagors and have had terrible experiences since the switch. My husband has had months of issues due to what we now realize was an unnecessary root canal. It cracked, was done wrong and still doesn’t feel right. I was told I needed 3 fillings right after the hygenist who cleaned my teeth stated they looked great. I didn’t have the fillings done thankfully as I went to another dentist and have 0 cavities after all. They are untrustworthy. Don’t go.
