From the first phone call my adjuster, Timothy C. made me feel like he cared and that what happened to me mattered. He made it clear that if anyone gave me any problems I could give them his phone number and he would handle it and I was not to worry about anything but feeling better.

I just recently have a claims adjuster. She is so rude and unprofessional. Her name is Jennifer Cunningham. I do not really think she works for you. She uses a cell phone with no message to say who she is and what company she is with. I am afraid she is really a scammer. I will call tomorrow for a new claims adjuster. She sent me an after hours text that was so mean and she acts like a bill collector. If she is a reflection of your company, shame on you.

If I was supposed to be paid on December 8th, why do I STILL not have my pay on the 17th?? They don’t care about our needs, expenses, or anything! Don’t even let me begin mentioning the customer service received with this agency. I don’t understand how they are still operational… It’s just deplorable service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to reach my resolution manager Joel for a MONTH now. Not only that he has LIED and said he called and left me voicemails, my billing statement says otherwise and my EMPTY voicemail box says otherwise so 1 he’s either lying or 2 calling the wrong number which I highly doubt since both mine and my husbands phone number and email have been provided to him. Absolutely atrocious service, our claim has been “escalated” 3 times with no resolve. And every rep we have spoken too say oh this hasn’t been documented correctly. Time to get attorneys involved.

Was injured on 7/24 , received call from GB saying they were my adjuster. I've tried calling them 4x in a week and cannot get through to anyone. Called this morning and now the voicemail is basically blank, no name attached to it. I just want to get my broken toe fixed.

Terrible experience with Workers Compensation claims process and medical care. Medical providers are very limited. Quality of medical care within the covered providers is poor. I was seen by 4 different doctors and an orthopedic surgeon who all spoke poorly about Gallagher Bassett. My claims adjuster can never be reached and pressured me into settling for 20% of the value of my claim. After speaking with counsel, it became clear that Gallagher Bassett under settles all claims and is a low end provider for medical care. Basically the KMart of insurance companies.

The worst ! They are denying a workmen’s comp claim from a work injury . The employer is playing games also . I’m going to have to get an attorney to settle this .

Very bad and the worst they nevere respond to my emails or any phone calls they play alot of games.
