It was so easy to get help. I now have my card and home insured by NJM. The customer service was stellar, and the insurance premiums were perfect for our budget. Thank you NJM customer service, for fast, friendly, service. Glad we made the switch. Have a great 2024!

NJM has been our insurance company for many years. We switched to GEICO but after a couple years, their prices became very expensive. We are now back with NJM.
However, the reason for my review is I am becoming concerned with so many unhappy customers rating only ONE star.
I hope we made the right choice.

everything keeps hitting the fan in my life. whoever happened to answer the phone to my call was truly gambling their sanity. i was expecting the worst...

thankfully Jack @ njm saved both of our days.. he stayed on the phone w me and walked me thru everything possible. I didn't get confused or lose my mind. I'm so happy that I'm able to continue doing the one thing that brings me the most joy everyday - driving :)

I was a GEICO customer for years and years with state minimum coverage. At first my premiums were what I thought to be reasonable. A few years ago I got into a minor fender bender with someone else(we backed up into each other in a parking lot) for my next billing cycle my insurance went up considerably (about 35%). GEICO sent it's customers an email detailing how they've applied for a double digit rate increase and that sent me looking for a new company. NJM came in at close to 60% cheaper than GEICO. My bill will literally be less than half of what it was with GEICO. I am ecstatic!! Thank you so much!!

Been with this company for many years. The few hit and run incidents on my car were handled well. I pay extra to get a rental if my car is in repair shop. Easy to rent a car of similar caliber to mine. Customer service always polite and knowledgeable. Whenever I buy a new car, they're transparent on my new rates. I also get my renter's insurance from them again, never had a problem. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve had NJM for 23 yrs and tbh I cannot believe some of the terrible reviews I am reading on here; however, my sister was dropped years ago by NJM for constantly being behind on payments and she’s a terrible driver (multiple accidents); so, I’m wondering if the bad experiences with customer service has more to deal with the customers than the service? Also, my husband has a pretty bad accident record and my payments went from 120.00 to almost 300.00 when I added him, but if you don’t have a bunch of accidents and points, the payments are amazing oh and I only pay 9 months out of the year, full coverage on both cars! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I’ve called and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me during a hardship I had years ago... now the adjuster who came to my work one time after I was hit in the parking lot, was rude and insinuate that I wasn’t telling the truth about the accident (I didn’t know when it happened, I was in work the car was in the parking lot) but nevertheless the car was taken care of and I got a rental for a day while they fixed my car. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone reading these reviews, who is on the fence, NJM is the best coverage for a really reasonable price.

One of the best insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with in 40 years of driving. Fair priced, helpful, and exceptional customer service. The reps I’ve worked with are not only friendly and knowledgeable but actually seem to enjoy their work and helping their customers. No long endless phone waits or run arounds, it’s quick and easy to speak with someone who actually know what they’re talking about. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in years! And that’s after submitting a claim! And we actually got a portion of our premium back due to COVID. Seriously who does this? ❤

I've been with NJM for over 20 years and their insurance is less. But, i don't understand how is that individual credit score is part of car insurance quotes. I have not experienced any customer service issues. They are understanding to my concerns and willingly to work with me to reduce my cost.

Despite all the negative reviews I read about NJM, I decided to check them out and compared them to my current insurance which is Progressive .
First of all , NJM coverage for medical expenses, collisions etc .... is 3 times higher than the coverage I am received at Progressive .
Yet my insurance payments for progressive is DOUBLE of what my payments will be with NJM .

After reviewing all the material , I decided to cancel progressive and move over to NJM . I’m sorrrg better coverage and better pay !!?? Who isn’t going to change .
Aside from that the 3 times I was in the phone with NJM everyone was very well knowledgeable and answer every questions I had .
For the first time ever I can sit here and say I understood everything the agent was telling me .

From beginning to end my representative at NJM was very understanding and patient with me.
There were a few bumps along the road with the auto body shop however my representative reassured me they were there to help me and that they did. I would recommend njm to anyone who is in need of car insurance.

I've been a policy holder with Geico for the last 12 years. Loyal customer with on time payments and always full coverage on my leases. I just purchased my new lease, and they wanted to charge me $208 per month. This was unacceptable. Clean driving records, loyal customer. I called NJM to give it a shot. I was dealing with Tabatha on working on my quote. Literally saving $728.00 for the year. I'm so happy I called and so happy for the easy process. Geico was highway robbery. Just HAPPY camper all around now. You don't know if you don't call. CALL today! Thanks Tabatha!

Spoke to Danielle today about a windshield crack I have on my car. She was absolutely awesome, helped me figure out what I needed, and was able to reach out to the necessary people. Completely transparent, and super helpful. Give that girl a raise! Phone call was at 0900 on 5/18/2021

Guy backed into my car at a stop sign. To get it fixed I had to pay the $500 deductible. They said if they could get it back from the other guys insurance they would reimburse me. I thought " Sure, that will happen...".
Two weeks later, check in my mailbox for $500. That is exceptional customer service, in my opinion.

No nonsense insurance great rates and no stupid commercials. I been with NJM for 10 years plus. I have been getting dividend checks from njm since the start.
Someone please explain to me what an idiot with a limu have to do with car insurance?

I like this ins. co. It's the 1st to give me a dividend check and twice in one year. They're also like a AAA helping when you need your car towed or battery started for free even if you just have liability.

I've been with NJM since I started driving at 17 years old. They are the best. Good prices. Great customer service. Dividends every year.
