Being a new member, I needed to talk with Brandy re: scheduling and many other things. Brandy was exceptionally patient, pleasant, professional and totally knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. I am completely and happily satisfied and will ask for her again should I need the BEST.

Service is great. We have a service contract with Viking and we have them come out on a proactive basis to refill bait boxes for mice and treat the exterior for ants. Scheduling is super easy and the service techs are great.

Kerri T. Answering the phones and making appointments was friendly and very accommodating. I felt heard as she listened to the issues and made an immediate appointment for me.

We are customers who have come to Viking from Cavanaugh‘s sale. I spoke to several people on various calls and was told that I would receive an invoice which never came and my annual termite contract was expiring soon.I was very frustrated until I spoke to.Shereen Y. She was able to take my annual contract payment over the phone and make sure I received the email verification before we hung up. She also was able to schedule my annual termite inspection. She was a joy to work with and I think she should be consulted for how to best manage customer service. Frankly, if I had not ended up speaking with her, I probably would not be a Viking customer with so much frustration and run around before. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shereen Y.She didn’t even ask me for a review, but I said she was so spectacular. How could I give her a good review? Many thanks!

I have used Viking pest control for many years. I recently moved from one house to another, and continued my service at my the new home. There has been an increase in prices over the last few years but that has been with most things. Customer service is very professional & accommodating. Today I spoke with Kerri who went out of her way to help me with an uncomfortable situation.

Been using Cavanaugh’s for 30 years . The technician today very courteous, punctual, friendly. Wore the shoe covers . Can’t say enough . They make appointments quickly and will come when you need them if a bug problem occurs. Great company.

I called Cavanaugh's for a mice problem we had in our house. They had a representative here in less than 2 hours. Marquis was very professional and knew immediately how to take control of the problem. He set bait traps but didn't have one for the outside. He said he would come back the next day and as promised he did. He is scheduled to follow up in 2 weeks. I have no doubt that he will follow through. Hopefully I don't need pest control much for my new house but when I do I know who I'll be calling.
