Had an amazing experience at this branch. Rob was extremely professional and made me happy to be a long time account holder here.

Robert helped me understand better financial strategies to save money and made the complex terms sound so simple and easy to implement, amazing, genuine person I’d recommend anybody to him for financial services!

Maybe the issue here is the customers.. just had a very unfortunate experience where 2 older gentlemen berated a woman who was working ALONE in customer service. She said there was a wait and that she’d be happy to help, tl:dr this guy proceeded to lose his cool instantly about it “this generation blah blah in all my years blah blah” clearly not even considering what this woman’s job entails and that she’s even a human. Meanwhile a complete stranger joins in on the dogpile with “maybe it’s just her hahahaha this would never happen in our day” I got red in the face and embarrassed just hearing this, and I guarantee this isn’t the first time this has happened to the people who work here. God speed to these employees, I hope what these nasty people throw at you doesn’t stick because it’s disgusting and damaging garbage. I’m sorry for you guys

This bank has phenom all hours that accommodate my schedule. I have several accounts, their online app is great and easy to use. The tellers are quite knowledgeable as well - one walked me through a possible re-fi. We did end up refinancing through them, it was quick and low-cost. Even though you think of TDBank as a conglomerate, this location has a small-town feel and they are very personable. Brendon/Branden? is especially welcoming and in tune to customers.

Everyone is super nice and super helpful.

First day and first time at this branch and pretty smooth sailing until now. Just opened a Savings with them and the attendent was very nice and answered all my questions. Explained to me everything I needed to know about the account and was over in let then 20 mins.

So far no complains. Let's see how time will go.

I sat at the drivethru on Sat April 13th at 11am for 15 minutes. I kept pressing the call button got ignored after 15 minutes I left couldn't wait anymore. They could have at least acknowledged me but I just got plain ignored.
