Dr Islam is amazing. He listens very intently and has a very good bedside manner. I've never had a bad diagnosis, and access to him through the patent portal is tops!

I went there and found a wonderful fnp..Michelle Blanchard, she was ingaged and very informative..she answered alot of questions and ordered a full panel of blood work!

I'm a new patient at this practice. I picked Bassett based in their reputation, The nurses and support staff are friendly. The facility is nice. Dr Horth doesn't seem engaged. I don't feel he listens to my concerns. He doesn't explain things well. After talking with others, I understand I'm not alone in my experience at this practice. I was expecting better from a practice in such a highly aclaimed medical network.

Really disappointed they didn't really listen or resolved my issue. I had to go to the ER 4 days after my lactlustered visit there. What was even scarier they where training a medical student.
