Lebanon / Cincinnati NE KOA Holiday

This place is very nice. I cannot say enough about the staff. Very, very friendly. Campground has mature trees and well kept. Plenty of activities for the kids. Shower house very nice and clean. We have been staying here for several months waiting on our house to be finished. Highly recommend.

We wanted to take our new camper out for a full "test drive" with a full hook-up site, and there weren't too many options locally at the state or local parks. Fortunately, we found a great site (with the help of Kim, I believe) that even allowed plenty of space for a tent too. The facilities were nice and clean, the camp store had plenty to offer, and we were even lucky enough to be able to get into the pool before the end of the season. Our kids enjoyed the playground, jump pads, and Ga Ga Ball pit while we were there. The grounds were very easy to navigate. Our stay was even better than we had hoped. We had an awesome time, and we'll definitely be back!

We had a great time. Perfect location between Dayton and Cincinnati. We had no idea there was so much history in Lebanon, OH or the Dayton area. The campground was so clean and quiet! The bathrooms and laundry facilities were amazing! They have a cute, well stocked little store. Every staff we met was so friendly and helpful! Definitely on our list to stay again and share with friends.

We love the Lebanon KOA! We live in Lebanon and just finished our 4th Halloween weekend there. So many activities for kids, bathroom facilities were extremely well kept and clean and the staff is always so kind. We tent camped and the site was huge and grassy and just all around in great condition.

We have stayed here many times when traveling on I-75. Staff is amazing, restrooms are spotless and there is a great little dog park! Highly recommend this campground.

This was a fabulous place for our family of 5. We have two young kids and a baby. We rented a cabin and really enjoyed ourselves. Some small things to note: there are linens AND some dishes. The couch was a pull-out bed, but we didn't use it. There was enough room in the bedroom to set up a pack n play for the 1 year old. The bed was probably a full or a double, not a queen. It was fine for my taste but my husband wasn't thrilled, nor did it ruin his stay. The bunk beds were pretty safe, no one fell out. I couldn't find it listed what to do with our linens at the end but they made it all very easy. The amenities were all really great! My kids wished the pool and jumping pillow were open sooner but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. Very clean and well cared for campground. Community bathrooms were very clean as well. We will definitely try KOA again instead of a hotel!

The tent site was huge. Nice and spacious.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and welcoming.
Bathrooms were immaculate.
There were some bad storms coming so we switched over to a cabin. The cabins are absolutely gorgeous.
Super close to all of the attractions like Kings Island and the National Air Force Museum.

Omg, this is the cutest, cleanest KOA I have ever stayed at. I was in love at first site of our cabin. It has a front porch! It's so cute, thee cutest. For a family of 5 we fit pretty well. The staff here are exceptionally friendly 🥰❤. If you ever stay in a cabin there's always a family book that you can read that has other people's stories. I also wanted to say I am really glad I decided to stay here then at some hotel. We are staying here to visit a nearby attraction. I am really glad I picked here. You should definitely stay. Most restaurants are right down the street. What a great idea to place a KOA here. If I ever consider another vacation next year, I will be staying here again! After you're done in the cabins you have to put used towels and blankets in the tub so they know they are dirty. Thank you KOA for making our stay unique!

We stayed on our camper that's why a 5. The office personal was super nice and helpful. The location is great for downtown Lebanon Ohio. We will be going back in the summer and probably next December.

Campground was absolutely beautiful and clean! My Rv site was very nice and spacious.My sister and her husband stayed in a cabin that was just adorable, clean and roomy! Very friendly staff.

Sites and access roads down to each site could be labeled better for those arriving at night. You will have to drive thru a residential area with tight turns for a 29ft travel trailer.

Lots of amenities. Nice, clean & roomy sites with picnic tables & fire pits. Didn't use facilities but they looked clean and I assume they are kept up based on the appearance of the rest of the park.

This is our second year here as we loved it last year. We come down from the metro Detroit area. This year we had different sites and there are 7 campers in our group, the sites we got are smaller than last year but made it work. Pulled into the site and put our ladder down and our door wouldn’t close due to the elevation of the ground. I was calling a few family members asking if they had a shovel on board to dig down 6 inches to get the ladder down far enough to allow the door to close. They did but before they arrived someone from the office stopped by to ask if the site was sufficient. Told her about the issue and within 20 minutes here comes another guy with a shovel and a free bundle of firewood for the trouble. We never called asking for assistance but it was provided. Both were very glad to help. I know this is a small inconvenience for us that we could have easily worked through but their customer service was great! We love this place and booking again next year.

I gave this 5 stars, not because it's a "5-star hotel", but because it is what it says it is. Cabin #7/general campground-Pros: Clean; comfortable bed, excellent location within the park; decently stocked kitchen with coffee!; patio/grill/firepit-nicely arranged; camp store well stocked; nice folks at the store; good pool area; bounce house for kids; very quiet at night-no shinnanigans!; they delivered the firewood I ordered from the store; ice for purchase on premesis; Great front porch; Great location for the activities that we did, including Kings island (kings Mills), Camp Kirkwood Adventure Park (Wilmington), and Canoeing with Morgans canoe livery (Morrow).
Very few cons: No bathmat so had to use a bath towel. No hand towels so used another bath towel; No shampoo or hairdryer-which I knew but that would be nice; bunks not too comfy for adults but probably fine for kids; bunk-room door would not stay closed so had to stick a shoe under it. These were all very minor issues that could be overlooked. But if you're super picky and are accustomed to a 5-star hotel...don't stay in a cabin!
The campground is nice-Lots of trees and grassy areas for pups (including a fenced dog area). Most camping spaces had a decent amout of space(most not on top of each other) and the tent area is really nice.

Update: I had an issue with a leaky tub faucet, which couldn't be fixed while we were there. So they gave me a credit on my bill- that's GREAT customer service!!

The best camping place anywhere! Home away from home. You will not find a better staff anywhere. They are the best. Always working so hard to try to make everyone happy. The bathrooms/shower house are unlike anywhere else. It is very relaxing and happy here.

Currently staying here for my 2nd time, and utterly enjoying the quietness and cleanliness of this KOA. Bathroom/shower facilities are well kept up, so is the laundry area. Good sized dog run. Would recommend.

Staff was so friendly. Cabin and grounds were very clean.
This was our first stay at a KOA and will definitely come back!

Make this a stop on your travels, if I could give it 10 stars I would clean great staff and the area is beautiful We will be back this summer

What a pristine campground! My husband and I are impressed with the cleanliness and condition of these facilities. The sites all have trees either next to them or nearby and they feel comfortable and not crowded. The bathrooms have showers in them as well so as a van camper, we appreciate that privacy. Their off-season rate is SUPER reasonable too so that helps the travel experience a lot, too! Now that we know this is here, we will definitely be back again. This is one of the cozies KOAs that we have visited.
