Food is outstanding. My wife claims she had the best omlette she ever had at the Park Avenue Grill in Freehold. The service is the best. Ms. Betty is the best. She is quick, attentive, and always aims to please. She never stops moving and works hard so that you have a great dining experience. You'll never have an empty coffee cup. All the servers are the best. Tables are cleared quickly for the next customer. The atmosphere if clean, warm, and inviting. Especially like the tea pot collections. Also it's veteran owned. Great place to eat. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Quick and excellent. This eatery has a massive selection of food, all of which seem to be prepared perfectly while being delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful and it seems like a lot of local regular customers. It was clean and organized and while it was busy, things moved along like clockwork. We look forward to going again.

Amazingly fresh corned beef with perfectly fried onion rings and French fries! First time there but it will not be the last for sure.

This place is a weekly trip for us. I love the breakfast quesadilla. Very friendly service. Our usual waitress is Ashley and she's great and very accommodating to our crazy toddler.

Speedy service like its always super fast. Perfect for our family with a 3 year old and a 1 year old.

The manager is also very nice and always checks in on the kids and how our experience is going.

Highly recommend this hidden gem of Freehold. (Way better than Sweet Lou's, and Tony's but I have nothing bad to say about those places just Park Ave is #1)

This place is great, never really packed, waitresses are good and come over to you frequently.

My husband and I decided to try Park Avenue Grille on a whim. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so we were reluctant to try a new place. We are so happy we decided to give them a try! The food was delicious, the staff was pleasant, attentive, and the restaurant it’s was very clean. It has an old school vibe we enjoyed. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Please know this is a cash only business. So bring your cash, they don't accept cards.

I had no American breakfast with eggs and bacon toast and some ham steak. Everything tasted fantastic. The service was great and the staff was awesome. I'll be coming back.

Fun tip, when you go in ... look at the ceiling... there's clocks on the ceiling... I'm not sure why 😂

Great little spot in Freehold Boro. Food is always on point. They changed owners and now started accepting cards and not just cash. Outside dining is cozy and well landscaped.

Wow what a great surprise! We happen to be in Freehold and decided to stop for breakfast here. It was outstanding! Had the breakfast quesadilla and the Mexicana Naan special. Both were perfect! Nice portions at a decent price! Highly recommend!
