Morris County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund

After dealing with The town of Pompton Lakes insurance company which when researched it leads to this address they have denied my claim. Kim was the one dealing with this claim and dragged this out three months. Three months ago a branch from the town tree fell on my brand new truck. I was not even in the truck when this happened it was parked on the side of the road. Every time my Insurance agent reached out to Kim she said she was going to get in contact with me and never did. So this whole three month process is basically just a waste of time and quite frankly it’s immoral for them to deny my claim when it was the negligence of the town. The towns insurance should have covered this issue and left me hanging for 3 months only to deny my claim for what reason. This issue is not rectified which means it is not over and I will continue to fight.
