Maple Valley Fitness

I have been working out at this gym for over three years. The staff is friendly, willing to help with any questions you may have. I also use the childcare room almost every time I go. The girls that help with the kids are friendly and engaged. I often come back to art drawings they have done! I have gotten to know a lot of the other members. People are friendly they say hi and smile at each. There are seniors, high school kids, moms and everyone in between. The gym has a warm friendly atmosphere. There are no fancy classes or locker rooms. But it is clean, simple and very affordable. They also have many personal trainers who are extremely knowledgable and good at what they do! I would highly recommend this gym!

Best gym I’ve been ever to since I started lifting. People and staff there are like family. Kelly is a straight up good man... one of the best dudes I’ve ever met. Lilly is awesome and one of my favorites here too. Gym vibe is the best around.

Kelly and his staff at MV Fitness are fantastic! More than just a neighborhood gym; it feels like a family! They make you feel welcome and help keep you accountable! I've never belonged to a gym where they cared to remember my name. This place has everything you need to take care of yourself and the trainers can and care to help you along the way. Very affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best fitness area in maple valley. The owner knows us by name and makes it feel like a community not just a gym. I have never had to wait for equipment and everyone has been really kind. This is not a gym for Bros. This is a gym for the community of maple valley. I highly recommend it.

I have been at Maple Valley Fitness for about 2 months now and it has been beyond amazing, they offer a great boot camp class that allows you to meet other people with the same goals as you. The staff is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better personal trainer, he has helped with my nutrition and really helped me reach personal goals. I used to hate going to the gym now I love it. You couldn't ask for a better and fair priced gym.

This is a great little neighborhood gym. Lets start with the Pros: Has all the essentials needed for whatever type of lifter you are (ie powerlift plates, dumbells, incline and regular bench, cables, cardio machines, kettle bells) and they have a trx station that you can hook up your own bands to. They also recently added some plyo boxes for those looking to do more explosive/athletic workouts. The Staff there is super friendly and are always willing to help you out, plus they keep the gym clean. They have a daycare center which is sure to help out parents trying to get their swoll on. Clientele base is also friendly and laid back. Lastly they're prices are super affordable and you definitely get your moneys worth. Finally, being a member there gets you discounts at a bunch of different places, so that is just a little perk I thought was cool.
Now its time for the Cons:
No pool, so if you're a swimmer and want a gym with a pool this isn't your spot. It isn't a very big gym, so if you going during the "rush" you might have to wait for stations to open up (though most of the other members practice good gym etiquette and will let you work in with them if you ask). Personally I wish there were slightly more kettle bells, and also a sanitizing station with spray and paper towels to clean up after i'm done with a station, but I bring a towel with me so its not too bad. Other than those little things this place is awesome and bang-4-buck one of the best options out there.

Great gym. I’ve been going for years the staff is nice, prices are reasonable, and atmosphere is very welcoming. Would recommend this gym to anyone in the maple valley/Covington area!

Love this gym. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. I love that MV fitness doesn't have the irrelevant bells and whistles that might look nice, but only lead to increased costs for the customer. Here, I'm able to do exactly what I need to do without spending an arm and a leg. I definitely recommend MV fitness.

If your looking for a simple gym without all the extras that come with your large nationwide memberships this is the place for you. I needed a place for some cardio in the early AM. With early hours this place was perfect for a pre work workout. Lots of cardio equipment and not a lot of people gave me free choice of bikes, treadmills, ellipticles, and stairsteppers.

Maple Valley Fitness was my safe haven this year when my mental health was deteriorating when all other gyms turned their members away. They stayed opened and helped people help themselves! Thank you Maple Valley Fitness!! Your bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten! 🇺🇲

I'm so glad I came across this gym. I was a member at Thrive Fitness for about a year. MV Fitness has everything I need for my workout regime. I super satisfied with the gym the cleanliness and the staff

I just joined about a week ago and Maple Valley fitness is great. The staff is extremely nice, it is close by, and you get a great deal for the equipment they provide to you. 10/10 would reccomend!
