Cathleen is the best. She does everything quickly and efficiently. On the rare times I don’t get her on the phone right away, I leave a message and she calls back within a few minutes. It’s unbelievable how quickly she gets things done and back to us. She’s very good at explaining things and giving us the best options. My windshield took a rock on the interstate. It was so easy to get on the Allstate site and arrange a repair. Just a few clicks. The facility was only a mile away from where I work. They replaced my windshield in less than an hour and not only moved all the stickers on the old one: Registration, Inspection, oil change, but also moved my NY State EZ-Pass unit complete with new adhesive strips. Great Job!!
