Fargo Bar & Grill

Visiting the Finger Lakes with my family for a winter vacation and this was definitely one of our favorite restaurants. Food was all delicious. Blue cheese burger was great, wife had an amazing chicken sandwich, but hands down the French onion soup was to die for. We were in the area only 4 days and we went there twice, enough said... History and atmosphere were also great.

Awesome place in the FingerLakes! We docked our rented boat. Delicious burger. A little warm inside. Waitress charged us for items not ordered, but she quickly corrected it. Great time with us girls!

We were out shopping and someone recommended this place and I'm glad they did. I tried my first egg cream and wow it was off the chart good! We all shared some Street Corn Nachos and it was awesome!

Came to this place for dinner when we visited Fingerlakes for the weekend. They have great bar food. The tater totes were delicious, especially the aioli. The pretzel was very soft. My friend and I both loved our burgers! Very reasonable price and the service was very good. They told us that they might be a little slow but it didn’t feel that slow at all. One of our friends needed his chicken sandwich in a different way and they accommodated the request very well.

We stayed at one of the inns in Aurora NY, very small town with limited food options.

Menu is a bar pub style with plenty of beer on tap, most from local brewers.
The building has an old-world charm with its fire place in the dinning room to its wood panel walls. They have outdoor seating and a pool table in the bar area.
Friday and Saturday they are open till 11pm
They offer a late night food menu after 10pm with you basic pub food
Chicken tenders,fries, notcho's pretzels

We were in the area for a day trip and decided to give this place a try based on the good reviews online and it did not disappoint. The service and food both were top notch. We called for the angus burger with fries and onion rings. Loved the onion rings. Also ordered their Arnold Palmer which was fantastic. Finished off with an apple pie which was superb. Enjoyed a few dart games. Very good burgers.

Food was amazing! Their house burger and tots was perfectly cooked and served. Staff was so friendly and libations were great!

Late Sunday lunch was delicious. Service was very friendly. Good selection of local draught beers, too. Highly recommend!

Cute place and the food is the best. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. The bread is amazing, like a really good roll from a family holiday. It’s toasted perfectly and the chicken was good without being too spicy. The sweet potato fries are so perfectly done. Service is great and it’s family friendly.

We love the Fargo, we bring many guests there. As locals, we have frequent opportunities to go. One of my favorite burgers but the cook temp can be inconsistent. My husband and I ordered rare burgers last week and we received medium well (no pink at all).

Been going to Fargo for many years since before the remodel even. I always have a quality meal and have never been unhappy with the service or atmosphere. Since the remodel Fargo also is offering a wider variety of menu items and expanded outdoor seating which is great but also they left the bar area largely the same so if you're just looking for a casual quick bite to eat it's great for that as well!

I had a great burger. The patty was noticeably higher quality beef than achain. It was perfect, juicy not greasy. Big plus was the option of a side salad instead of fries. I'll go back.

Never having eaten here we didn’t know what to expect… The food is delicious. The chefs are very creative in creating delicious soups sandwiches delicious entrées. We were not Disappointed by anything we ate. Customer service was excellent. Our server did an excellent job. The staff is very friendly. And we will plan to go back there again if we are in the area.

Always delicious and super friendly staff! First come first serve during these COVID times, sat inside (an odd treat for the NYC gal) and am please to report they are adhering to all COVID policies. My and my Mom's BLTs were out of this world, think they make their own bread; the pulled pork sandwhich was greatly enjoyed by my Dad! Cannot wait to be upstate again to return!!

Wow ,what a great restaurant 👏The Fargo checks all of the boxes .I had a NY strip steak with a butter horseradish sauce and a carmalized onion. It was the best steak I ever had(i have had a lot). My woman had a Cuban rubin she loved it. We went on a wensday night so it was not too busy.We will be back. :)

Food was delicious and came out hot in a timely fashion. It's clean with great service. 10/10 recommend

What a great local tavern! Ruben was outstanding, corn chowder was amazing! My wife had the kale Caesar salad with shrimp which was excellent.

Make it a stop when you come through!

First time trying this place and it was wonderful! Loved the atmosphere and our server Ericka was amazing and very tentative! :)

Really nice little place. Had a friendly feeling about it.

Ordered a nice flight of beers, and I wish more places did this, but they were marked so you know what is what.

Went with the Cuban Reuben and it was a solid sandwich. They could really take it over the top of the hoagie roll was rye and if it was pressed to give it a little extra crispness to the bread. Really good as it, just think it would go next level with that.

Also ordered a side of roasted beets and they were delicious. They must be grilled at some point because they had that hint of grilled smokiness about them.

All in all, an excellent meal. Highly recommended.
