Water's Table-Renton Restaurant

We went to the waters table for our anniversary dinner last night. Our server was Nicole and she was absolutely incredible. She made our experience one of a kind. She made wonderful food recommendations and made us feel so celebrated. She was very funny and made us feel like we were the only two in the restaurant. My husband and I ordered steak to share and the ribeye was so delicious and flavorful. we also ordered asparagus and marbled potatoes and the bread service. They also have wonderful nonalcoholic options. I got the strawberry refresher and my husband bought some wine. We absolutely love this restaurant and we have been there a few times. We highly recommend it also if you can ask for a seat by the water. We chose the perfect time to go while the sun was setting .

We hosted a client dinner at Water's Table on January 17, 2024. From the initial inquiry to follow up after our event, the service was exceptional. The team helped us coordinate flower arrangements, room set up and a custom menu design. Rob Miller was outstanding. His communication was so prompt and the level of service he provided was truly next level. Thank you to the team! We will definitely be back.

Ok, so the kitchen was a little slow and it's on the pricey side. But it's so worth it. Amazing setting/ atmosphere. Once we got the food, it was all really delicious.
The major stand out though is service. I never really name names, but I gotta give mad respect to our server, Sean. He was extremely attentive, made sure to verify & double check orders, make suggestions and answered all of our questions. Seriously the best server I've ever had at any establishment.

Our first time here. We had Sunday brunch and the food and view was great. we sat on the patio and there happened to be live music going on on the floor below so that was a treat. I had the crab brunch combination, the eggs included corn which was an interesting ingredient but it was surprisingly good. My aunt had the steak and eggs and she really enjoyed them. This is a hidden gem and I recommend visiting.

We had an enjoyable evening with delicious small plates. We opted for the crab cakes, roasted Brussel sprouts and truffle macaroni & cheese. Each of these were done right and I think the best crab cake I have had in awhile. Those brussel sprouts were truly out of this world. The views are just gorgeous. Loved it all. The service person was the best too. I wish I could remember his name. Sept 12 main dining room. He was so attentive and very courteous. Highly recommend

Great place to celebrate. Seated immediately. Window table view of Lake Washington. Delicious food. Had the scallops. So tender. My dearest had the half chicken… so moist. My daughter had the Risotto with chicken. Ample servings.. had to take it home. The Lemon Poppyseed Panna Cotta was so fresh. It was my birthday and they brought me a special dessert of chocolate ganache. Parking is free. Great service, delicious food. Nancy was our server and she was excellent

Quality dining, great food, awesome, great atmosphere, and very accommodating . I suggest getting a reservation in order to get the seating you desire. Particularly if you want a better dining experience with the view, another option is outdoor seating.

The outdoor seating section is awesome in the summer months, and it's inconsequential where you sit. The view is still amazing. Overall, it's a great dining experience and highly recommended.

What truly elevated the dining experience at Water's Table for our party of 8 was our server, Scott. Despite being a large group, his patience and attentiveness were unwavering. He took the time to guide us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that each guest's dietary preferences were accommodated. His genuine passion for the culinary arts and his commitment to delivering impeccable service were evident in every interaction.

After Topgolf, we wanted a quick bite to eat and I’m SO GLAD we found this restaurant.

The view was worth it all.

Also, the food was amazing!! The prawn tacos had a Chipotle Cream Queso Fresco that just tied it all together. The smoky salmon on the bagel was just the right amount of thickness

And the drinks were amazing, I want to go back for more. It was my first time having a Bonita Mary aka Bloody Mary with tequila, I’m never going back to vodka. The cold brew old fashioned was one for the books as well.

Our server, Nicole, was so sweet and kind. She chatted with us like we’re old friends and it really made our whole experience that much better.

We had the waterfront outdoor sitting watching the sunset while dining with my family. My son had a birthday. We ordered a variety of dishes, appetizers, entree and desserts. The food was delicious. The servers were attentive. Our food were hot and we did not wait that long. There were heater on the ceiling to keep us warm. The hotel was grant, modern and the interior design was tasteful. This was our second time dining at Water's restaurant. The dining menu changed seasonally. What a nice surprise. It is a perfect place to celebrate any life events. We will definitely return again in the future.

Met with friends I hadn't seen in 20+ years and requested a table with a view when I made the reservation and was happy to be seated with lake views. Even though the hotel lobby was busy with families, and I think a cheer squad that was practicing, the restaurant was cozy and was about a medium in noise level. We ordered the crab cakes, which were excellent. I ordered the scallops for dinner, and my meal was delicious and the presentation was also nice. I had the lemon panacotta for dessert, which was also very good, as well as the decaf coffee, although I'll admit, the coffee had a little bit of that burnt taste I'd read in other reviews. We really enjoyed the food and drinks overall and catching up was the best part. It was nice that they let us sit and chat in the restaurant until late on a Friday night instead of trying to rush us out. Great place to meet friends and dine and will definitely go again.

I've been coming here since before covid and this place has never missed a beat! They have the best food breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and the services amazing.

Our organization recently had a meeting at the Regency Club (conference room in the hotel) and ordered dinner from Water's Table. Not only was the food was phenomenal, but the service was exceptional. The team proactively connected with us on cook temp, preferences, and timed the order perfectly to have everything ready for us at the designated pick up time. I mistakenly missed an order for our party and we were one dish short, but the team accommodated by quickly whipping up the extra dish and bringing it to our conference room to minimize disruption to our meeting. We were so appreciative of the extra care. The service at this hotel and at Water's Table is best-in-class, look forward to dining here again in the future!

We love Water's Table! We consider ourselves regulars after discovering it during a stay at the Hyatt. Since then, we go back regularly for lunch or dinner to enjoy the view and the wonderful food, paired with a bottle of The Chief Cabernet! Love the patio, love the service, love the food and atmosphere!

Scott provided excellent service the entire night! Mark Ryan The Chief is an excellent Cabernet. I had the Wagyu burger and fries. I’m typically not a burger guy but it was cooked to perfection! This location has amazing scenery. I enjoyed
overlooking the water and seeing the mountains and part of the city skyline. 10/10!

Tried the brunch at Waters Table - really like the order off the menu brunch - everything was tasty and affordable - esp chicken and French toast, and avocado toast and farmers breakfast. Bottomless mimosas with 4 flavors are a great deal! Service was excellent too 👍 Feels like a special occasion place with the great view and after brunch you can walk down to the dock and people watch or have a drink. Only critique is for a really nice hotel and restaurant, the fabric chairs were awfully dirty - could use a shampoo 😉

I don’t recall the last time I ate the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row! However, as soon as I tasted the smoke salmon on the everything bagel at the Water’s Table restaurant on the ground floor, I knew I would be back at least 2 more times! The smoked salmon was very tender, nicely seasoned and, as you can see from the photos, a generous amount of salmon each day on the bagel! Service was great each day and breakfast was provided very promptly. The view over Lake Washington was such a terrific way to start the day!

Beautiful place. And Hyatt food has never disappointed! Burger was good; chicken was fantastic; garlic butter and bread was oh wow; and side salad was just phenomenal. Location is beautiful and with the current pandemic probably one of the few places that are technical outdoors seating but also warm enough to be considered inside. Oh and service? Very nice too.

Amazing location - water views and airplanes. Cannot ask for better.

The food was excellent. The calamari appetizer was incredible, super fresh and tasty. The main (I took the scallops) was perfect.

I did think the pairing of scallops with collard greens was a bit odd, then again this has nothing to do with the taste, just a personal dislike for this and I certainly could have done without.

The person attending to us was very polite and knowledgeable about the wines on offer and pairings. Always a good sign.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare to find but this is for general knowledge and no fault of the restaurant.

I had the wild mushroom omlete and it was delicious! Our server was absolutely perfect. We'll definitely be back. The view could've been better but that's my only complaint. Clean, perfect service and the food was amazing. Bottomless mimosas you can't beat that.
