Delaware House Inn

This is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a longhouse room and it was perfect. Nothing bad to say only great things. Will be staying again! Check it out The owner Skip was amazing to deal with!

Perfect refuge from the rain while riding the NEBDR. Stayed a few weeks ago, but this place deserves more good google reviews. The value for one of the long house rooms during the week was outstanding; I wish there were places that were both this nice and affordable everywhere we travel. Recently remodeled and attractive. Mini kitchenette. Spacious and comfortable. It was tempting to stay longer than one night.

We needed a place to stay due to being in town for my daughter's funeral and this place was wonderful. We stayed in the Longhouse which was absolutely the most cutest place ever. Will be staying there again. Was also able to get my brother and his wife in the room beside us. Anything you needed all you had to do was get a hold of Skip. Easy access to town and shops. Highly recommend staying at the Longhouse if you only have two people. Much better then a hotel.

We stayed in Suite 1 for one night. The suite is comfortable, clean and pleasant. Love the beds! The furniture is cute and homey, while also practical. My children enjoyed putting together the puzzle in the living room. Plenty of hot water, nice towels. Pleasant and cooperative hosts. Good WiFi. Excellent couch.

My husband and I stayed at the Delaware INN in roomLH4 (actually I’m writing this as I sit on the deck) Beautiful space! Clean and smells clean :) Brand new bath room and furnished just right and air conditioned. I checked in first and I couldn’t wait for my husband to see what a great job he did picking out this place. It has a Keurig coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. Just enough essential kitchen ware you would need. Bathroom stocked with bath tissues and towels. There’s a little table for dining and also a sitting area with these two beautiful high winged back chairs.

If you are looking for a great place to stay, Delaware house Inn will not disappoint.

Our group of four stayed in the Farmhouse and it was fantastic. Skip is a great host, and we all loved the decor and aesthetic. Everything you need in a super charming setting. Recommend.

Beautiful place to stay! I was in the area for a wedding and the owner, Skip is great to work with. My friends and I stayed in #1 and it was spacious, clean and beautifully maintained with comfortable beds. I only wish we were in town longer. Looking forward to future stays at the Delaware Inn!

My family and I stayed at the Delaware House Inn earlier this month for a family wedding. We were in Suite #2, and it was beautiful -- had everything we needed. Skip was fantastic, and made sure we arrived safely. Next time I want to rent the entire home.

spent last weekend in Farmhouse 1 with family. cozy, clean and comfy. kids loved it and so did the adults. coffee in the cupboard with all the fixins. nothing nicer than the smell of fresh coffee brewing on a cool september morning. lovely front porch with comfortable big chairs and rockers. WiFi worked great so kids had their phones and tablets. Skip, the owner could not be more accomodating. can not wait to go back in the spring.

Stayed upstairs in #2. Was up there for Family Weekend at SUNY Delhi. Could not have been better. Clean, great furnishings, everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The place was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedrooms. My family loved the time spent there.
