I'm actually pretty upset with this Credit Union right now. I went to use an ATM and it declined my transaction and it still took money out of my account. Which is bad enough. America First doesn't readily provide the phone numbers to branches. So I have no way of contacting them in order to protect others from this.

I like America first but this branch is the slowest I have ever been to. They will close windows while there is a long line of people. The employees are nice but very, very, slow. I am writing this after waiting 45 minutes to open an account for my child. Still waiting......

Went in today, put my check in my savings and asked for $100 cash back. The teller refused and said there’s a restriction on my account. I said no there isn’t, she said there was and wouldn’t let me get cash back.
After getting no where with the under trained teller, I left. Got ahold of the branch manager and she said the restriction was from 2012 and it had been removed for over 10 years the alert popped up on my account and NO ONE said anything until TODAY 2-16-24 and there was no restriction on my account and the teller refused me MY money and wouldn’t tell me why.

I have never in my life seen a group of disorganized and undertrained staff. This is not the only issue since I’ve been trying to change my name on my car title for over a month. And I called today and yet again the application was never started even though I initiated it 2 different times

Been a customer here for years and constantly getting frauded and system is always glitchy. The do not want to help their customers. They act like customers are a burden. Starting a small business and when it becomes successful this bank will not be reaping any benefits of it currently looking for a bank that supports their customers.

Worst Credit Union. They punish you for something you had no control over. They STEEL YOUR MONEY THEY MAKE IT SO YOU CAN NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY OR YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY HAVE BOUNCED MY CHECK'S, WHEN I HAVE A PERFECT CHECKING ACCOUNT.

It is so hard to get in contact with this bank, they are always “busy” and don’t have time when other banks are begging for customers I don’t know how America first took over Utah but they are about to loose my business.

Terrible customer service would not recommend going to this branch
