Clarion Inn Renton-Seattle

Absolutely amazing service. 3/11/24 @ 10:00 AM. I didn't catch his name but was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to leave my house abruptly due to construction and needed a place to stay for.the night. Seems like I found the right place. Upon check in, room is clean and stocked. Breakfast from 6:00-9:0. Very, very happy. Very appreciated.

My dad n I have stayed here numerous times in the last 5-6 years, normally everything from the employees to the rooms is stellar.

However our last two visits have had one issue after another, most notably each visit our room was missing it's coffee pot!

When we arrived Tuesday afternoon, no coffee pot, unable to get the cable to come on, fridge n freezer were warm... Sink missing the stopper, poop steaks in the toilet...

Around 10pm, the front desk gentleman brought me a coffee pot and discovered the cable and fridge n freezer were unplugged behind the TV armoire and remedied those issues.

The housekeeping staff is substandard! Every issue, was a failure on their end. The housekeeping women prep, prepare, and maintain the free breakfast selections.

However, they are not friendly at all. They glare at you while you are choosing your breakfast choices, they watch every move you make from their doorway. They make you feel very unwelcome.

Friend had surgery the next day... Room was both comfortable and helped with stress relief! Room was clean, and service was excellent.

I have stayed here a couple times before never had any issues Price is Right if you're looking for a cheaper hotel that's not completely run down the staff is always been nice friendly and helpful and the breakfast is not too bad so overall not a bad place to stay

Best hotel for short stay really enjoyed the service the morning breakfast was so good recommended for short stays will visit again!

A nice, inexpensive, quick stay place. It was perfect for Delta's mess that forced us to get stranded in Seattle. The front desk lady was fantastic, especially in light of the fact that she had to deal with a lot of people that evening.

Rooms are nice and clean. Its not a 5star or a fancy hotel but the awesome customer service by Vikram is legendary. Next time I visit Renton I will stay again in this Hotel.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The rooms very clean and clean smelling and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint would be with the continental breakfast. The food is just ok quality and the one person they had to keep it staffed just could not keep up with the demand. Consequently I found myself waiting for coffee, sausage, eggs, bread and waffle mix. Except for this is not a bad place to stay at all for the price.

We had a great experience! Staff are super friendly and helpful. This is an amazing option for location and clean quiet accommodation. My kids were super happy & complimentary and that was the most important to me. Thank you Clarion!

The room was amazing ,the bed was very comfy , bathroom was clean with enough towels during our 3 day stay the towels were soft and no stains. The breakfast was of a turkey meat egg mcmuffin,orange juice and and sweet roll ,you have your choice of coffee or tea in the coffee area . Wished the hotel had a pool and spa . There's is gym and a laundry mat on site

This Hotel, I have to say, is pretty nice for a 2.5 star hotel. The room I stayed in was a Suite with a King Bed. Very cozy and comfortable. But the best part was the "free" breakfast served from 6am until 9am. It was great hot breakfast food! We're talking biscuits n gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, n link sausage. Muffins, a variety of cereal n juices, coffee, tea, DIY WAFFLES w/real butter and if you look in the mini fridge where the milk is there whipped cream for your waffles, and of course Maple syrup...yum...
You gotta see for yourself.

The staff is friendly and eager to please. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great so you didn't have to go out to eat first thing in the morning. They also help out VA veterans with disabilities who are there for doctor appointments. Very satisfied!

Clean room ! TV worked great, shower has nice Hot water , good hot breakfast , Pleasant stay over all!

The Staff are friendly, courteous and an absolute pleaser! I would knock off one star due to age of the facility BUT the prices are very good and the staff are wonderful. If I could I’d rate the place 10 stars.

THANK YOU for Working with the VA!! I had a nice room, Great front desk service, and they had a very nice breakfast. I felt safe there and didn't worry about my vehicle. Rooms were clean, I had a BIG fridge, microwave, and even a little coffee pot with REAL Glass coffee mugs! Bed was nice and I had a lot of pillows. TV was a nice size and I didn't hear any of the rooms around me. Over all... VERY NICE!

We have the king size suite. The suite has a huge king sized bed andvwe had the corner unit so it felt like we were in a condo and not a hotel. The kitchenette is very adequate for cooking. Fridge perfect for size of room. The sofa has a pullout full size mattress that is comfy. No dishwasher, but with an abundance of paper plates, who needs it. Also awesome buffet breakfast everyday. Housekeeping services the room daily. Family friendly and professional staff make staying here feel like your right at home.

Our overnight stay here was great, and our room was very nice. The van driver could've been a little friendlier. He took us out for a bite to eat, but dropped us off at the main Westfield Mall entrance and we had to walk across the street to the Olive Garden Restaurant and we waited for his return for pickup and he didn't return and we waited hours later for our return back to the hotel.
A more courteous driver hours later picked us up, and when we were dropped off the next day for departure, he left us on another side of the airport not associated with our airline.

The people at the front counter were very kind. The room was clean, tidy, and nothing obviously horrid. Bathtub paint seemed chipped and faded, but that's just being picky. For a "3 star" hotel it was good if not slightly above average. I had a good time

I needed a place to stay around Seattle for 3/4 nights after my alaska cruise and found this place in Renton. The rooms were clean , good coffee , very helpful and friendly hotel staff. The manager at the hotel Mr Verma was very polite and professional. The location is pretty closed to restaurants , gas station etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone
