the reviews for this location are wrong! Pierre is a fantastic man and worker. his attitude was spot on and he was super kind and so confused when i told him about the low rating and bad reviews. i showed him and the pictures that have been uploaded are for an incorrect location. the reviews are most likely incorrect as well.

held my foreign packages for pickup at the offices and have very professional service.

There are a lot of bad ratings for the wrong location on this business listing. That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff. Still bring all my packages here when I print and attach my own pre paid labels

Had several packages tracked which said were put in my mailbox several days ago that I never received. All were separate delivery dates.

If you need your packages to arrive on time, then I would seriously think about paying for UPS or Fed Ex to ship your packages. If you live in the St. Louis region, I can almost guarantee you will not receive packages from USPS on time. USPS needs to do a serious audit on the Distribution Center for packages

Package has arrived in this location last 18 February 2024, and has no updates since if it has been released/departed to the next facility. Still monitoring the and it shows the same as of today,04 Mar 2024.

I haven't received my package. I went to this office and THEY WERE CLOSE in a business day!!!!

I can't recount how many times my tracking has said my packages left the facility, only for them to be rechecked into the facility hours later, or DAYS later, needlessly delaying my packages. Just read all the other reviews, clearly there is a serious problem(s) with this facility.

Every time I order a package and it goes through this place. It never ever makes it on time it’s either lost or goes around the country before I ever get it pathetic.

I normally ship my packages with them. Never lost or stolen.One day, I ship my Nike shoes. And the package out of nowhere is lost. Something is effy about that. The workers didn’t care, didn’t help and simply unprofessional. Horrible post office located in the hood on Hamilton. I truly believe the girl stole my shoes and she didn’t show up to work the next day. Really? DO NOT SHIP ANY VALUABLE ITEMS HERE. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!! THE POST OFFICE LOCATED IN UNIVERSITY CITY ARE BETTER
