Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

All the staff are excellent. Breakfast offerings are top notch. I am currently doing a 2-week stay for work and it's very quiet with the rooms very clean. Everything works fine. This is a great example of what every Best Western should be. Haven't used the pool or Fitness Center due to work hours but they look very clean and wish I had time to use them. Haven't had any issues with security for vehicle or any other concerns. I will be looking forward to coming back when working in the area again.

They actually serve real food for breakfast, and lots of it. We were very impressed. They were great to work with and help us out. Very happy with our stay.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was visiting Salt Lake City for the first time, and the front desk staff provided me a fantastic list of recommendations for the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast was lovely. The hotel was an easy 10 minute drive from Salt Lake City. Would definitely stay here again!

I had to go to Bountiful, Utah for my father's funeral service and booked this room on the recommendation of my stepmother.

The room was lovely, clean and very serviceable. The air conditioner unit didn't seem to get very cold, but everything else was perfect.

We did enjoy the breakfast buffet both mornings of our stay. They had a wide variety of breakfast items available, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, milk, juice, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. There were juices and milk available as well as coffee.

The hotel was perfectly located for my business in Bountiful. If you need a hotel in the North Salt Lake/Bountiful, Utah area, you would be very happy here

This was the best check in stay I have ever had you can not beat the customer service. You better give Josh at the front desk a freaking raise. He deserves to be promoted to manager. I would stay here more often with service and hospitality I had from him. Forever my favorite front desk man. Made my daughter birthday unforgettable. ❤❤❤

The walls and the floor at this place are solid, as in you did not hear noises from my neighbors or people walking. AC blows cold. It was about 100 outside and humid when checking in. Rooms nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and 2 pillows per person which is nice. Pool and little gym with free weights. Computer area in the lobby. Would definitely stay at again when in the Salt Lake area

Quick and easy check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Close to everything needed. Easy to get to. We will definitely stay again.

My stay at the BW Plus Cottontree Inn North Salt Lake was awesome. I had trouble with my television and they quickly resolved the problem. The room was spotless and the customer service was wonderful.

Wonderful staff at this North Salt Lake Best Western. I come often to the area to visit my family and have come to know many of the managers and staff at this Best Western. They are very friendly and everyone goes out of their way to make their guests as comfortable as possible.

Good place to stay. Good breakfast food for me. Parking lot had no shade so cars got very hot inside and out. Other guests with kids left wet towels everywhere in the pool area. Staff are helpful. Stayed one night.

All staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and the staff kept everything well-stocked. Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean. Great experience.

We always spend our last night or two of our Yellowstone trips here. We love the location because our favorite restaurants are close by. The rooms are clean and usually quiet. We had a ruckus outside of our door with police involvement. We prefer the building we usually have with no stairs. We have to sort through all of our luggage and repack so it wasn't fun having to haul it all up a flight of stairs.

We got an excellent upgrade to our room just for early check-in. The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were clean also. We really enjoyed the warm breakfast that was restocked continually. Had a wonderful visit.

Stayed here a week ago. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the airport and recreating in the mountains. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

This hotel is right off the freeway. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and the hot breakfast was good. For the price I gave it five stars. My granddaughter loved the pool and spa.

Okay so in all honesty I cannot write this place for having stayed the night but my friend's motorcycle blew a tire they let him leave the bike in the parking lot instead of getting it towed they were super friendly and accommodating so I would say give it a shot and stay here if you need a place to crash near bountiful

Had a great stay amazingly quiet for his close as it is to the freeway. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in that area.
