Dunkin'

I was passing by Rensselaer, NY, on an Amtrak train and we had a halt of an hour and half. I wanted to get an egg sandwich and some oat milk but the station does not have food. So I looked for coffee shops around the station on Google maps and DD was the closest. I decided to walk there. I ordered an egg sandwich in a butter croissant and asked if they had oat milk as I get caffeine migraines. One of the staff members declined, but Queii was kind enough and told me she will make an exception for me. I was super happy with my experience at this DD. They were busy in the drivethru but I got my order very quickly. My egg croissant was perfectly made and oat milk was the icing on cake.
Thank you for taking such great care of visitors passing by your city. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

The best DD I have ever mobile ordered from, hands down! Fast, efficient, always get my order right and taste great. I wish I could tip on the app!

Good place to drink a coffee.
However, bathrooms are always out of service. Why?
Simple, they don't want customer to use them. Not just people passing by, but the customer in general. Not good. When we denied that kind of services to the customer, they have no choice but to do business in the gardens around. It is a big problem in Albany area and the citizens or law maker are not doing anything about it.
If you are a business owner you should allow people to use the bathrooms. Specially, if that customer comes from far away. It should be a law, that business owner allow people to use the restrooms.

Hottest and freshest egg and cheese sandwich anywhere. All other Dunkins need to take notice

Great coffee and donuts, etc! Service was excellent even though they were extremely busy!

Quickly walked to this place while my Amtrak train was waiting to take off. This was the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The woman who took my order was super kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone else was really busy with the drive through and cleaning and making drinks, but the place was still very clean and fast and they were all extremely friendly and hospitable, even after I had ordered by asking how my drink was, asking if I needed anything else, etc. really great.

Super polite cashiers working here. I love driving out to this Dunkin location. They are happy and you can see they like their job or at least enjoy coming into work. Thank you so much.

It's 4:19pm on Monday 12/30/19. The staff was all welcoming, friendly and carried the utmost professionalism. I was taken care of quickly and when a mistake was made by me the staff quickly rectified my problem with courtesy and respect. I will continue to buy at this Dunkin when I'm working in this area because of the two gentlemen who were on staff today!

Workers are always nice, gave me a free donut for waiting like 1 minute

The young women behind the counter are super friendly. They remember how I order my coffee and have it ready by the time I reach the counter. The best customer service of a Dunkin that I have been to so far.

I used to avoid this DD's like the plague and then a few months ago I decided to stop in because I was at the park across the street and I have to say I was impressed...the staff was actually very polite and coffee was fresh. I now am just about an everyday customer! The staff are very friendly and my coffee is always on point and I especially great full for the way they interact with my 8 year old son who is autistic and can be very overwhelming at times, they talk to him and make him feel special, he loves stopping in to say hi to his "friends"...I'm not sure of there names but shout out to the tall skinny kid with dark hair and the shorter skinny kid with blonde hair, thanks for always making our visit a pleasant one!!!!! BLAIN IS MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION, ALWAYS WORKING HARD, VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!!

Stopped by this Dunkin’ to grab an iced coffee and brought along my pups and Justice offered us pup cups! I didn’t even know they offered those! Great coffee and customer service!

Small and cozy 3 table eat in area. Great coffee, breakfast fare, staff. All food and coffee is fresh and delicious. Very clean restaurant. The staff is friendly and very nice. I have to go in today and get my 3 bags of ground dark roast coffee. OMG, SO DELICIOUS!!! I love "The Dunkin'," that's the nickname my family and I have given to Dunkin' Donuts!!! Lol

I love this Dunkin Donuts the people that are employed there or awesome, they do everything they can to make your experience very pleasant.

I've had turkey sausage, egg n cheese on a croissant from almost every dunkin in the area, but this one was bomb!!! I was shocked! Keep up the good work!

If you’re here in Albany while the train stopped like I was, this place is in walking distance and will serve you far faster than the in-station food place!

Sabrina is one of the best workers there! She is so nice and makes the drinks and food so good.

I usually go through the drive thru. But I sat in today. It was very nice. To sit and study with a loud kid in public. 🤦

Fast service and full menu here! Frozen chocolate and two plain bagels toasted with cream cheese I got.
