My furnace was not functioning properly and the headache began to set in. I called SFI HVAC and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Their representative Joseph Innocent was able to diagnose the problem with a corrective action plan. 2 days later the part was delivered and installed. Problem solved and headache gone. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY ! Let's start with the communication...Professional from the initial meet. Joe is the ultimate gentleman who gives a detailed explanation of the issue and the different options for a resolution. His demeanor immediately removes any fear of being taken advantage of. His assistant, Wadly, is another gentleman who also carries himself with rare professionalism. The project manager Saira, is the communicator from the office. I had to call her multiple times to arrange for the repair and also received the proposals from her. She is another rare find..patient, professional and unassuming, if she does not have the answer, she will get confirmation before continuing. No pressure, no deadlines and very accommodating. Now the pricing.....very competitive and very fair ! No mark ups or phantom charges. The work was completed in the estimated time and not rushed. They were neat, careful not to damage anything and even used shoe covers to enter my home. No cancelations and arrived at the agreed time. I agreed to use SIMPLEFIX after dealing with two local HVAC services. The contrast was huge ! There are a lot of shady HVAC services around here, I had the misfortune of dealing with two of them, luckily I continued to shop around until I dealt with Joe. The have the expertise to evaluate and keep your systems running properly. I use SFI for my gas boiler and Central Air systems. They keep my aging equipment running right. Always friendly, personable and a fair price.
