Firehouse Subs

Every time I order here I always get top notch service! The food is incredible and the employees really make the whole experience worth every penny! If anyone wants a delicious lunch I’d highly recommend this location.

The food was good and delivered quickly despite being busy and understaffed. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and professional. They had Iced Tea, which I like. They needed music in the dining area. The lack of it made for eerie atmosphere.

Firehouse is my new favorite sandwich shop. The sub I had was fantastic. For a chain I was surprised at the quality of food. I will definitely be back, it is close enough to base that I can make this a regular stop. The restaurant was clean and service was quick.

Food is delicious and filling , staff were friendly and fun. Airconditioning was welcoming , caught the ball game on thier TV.washrooms were clean .
To top it all off thanks for the lemons for the water.

Very busy today. A little long wait because this place is so popular, but the wait was worth it and staff was friendly! Highly recommend for some of the best subs you can get.

Amazing everything here. The workers deserve a pizza party fo sho. And like a real pizza party. None of this thin cardboard stuff. They made us stellar food, they deserve stellar pizza!

Sandwiches are excellent. Lots of meat and fixings. Staff always pleasant, helpful. My go-to place for a great sandwich.

Had a great experience at this location! Was immediately welcomed by an employee when we came into the restaurant. We just had an online pick up order so we just stood off to the side. That same employee acknowledged us and confirmed that we had online orders and what names they were under. I wish I caught his name bc he had fantastic customer service skills!! I also just love their subs in general, so yummy! Never been disappointed with any of the subs I’ve tried there!

The only complaint I’d have that isn’t specific to this location (hence why it didn’t affect my rating) would be the app. It’s pretty buggy, not really user friendly, and the rewards system is kind of outrageous. You need 6000 points to get just a small sub and you only accumulate a few hundred points every so often so it takes forever to get there.

So good. Can't wait to go back. Fresh. Good flavor. Happy staff. And the place was clean. Definitely recommend this place.

Food was amazing as usual and staff was super friendly. The computer system was down when we ordered and the Manager took our order anyway and said if it comes back up we can pay then. He was happy and didnt seem stressed at all. When we were done eating, the system had came back up, but the manager would not let me pay, saying to not worry about it. I love it when a company tries to provide the best customer experience even when things are not working in their favor. Will definitely be returning for many more delicious sandwiches!!!

Subs are delicious! Pretty much always friendly staff. My fav chain for hot subs.

Great food and excellent service! This is a great place for subs and it supports a worthy cause. I always get a pickle bucket when I'm there.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. As per usual-a superb sandwich. I have actually never had a bad Firehouse sub. Everything on the menu is fantastic. The hot sauce experience was not usual though. It says more about the people in Utah than the shop though. They only had two 10 rated hot sauces and they weren't 10's... Come on Utah you don't know what heat really is! It's ok, you just gotta get out and taste some new things! But the firehouse sauce finishes any sandwich and saved the day or at least this 5 star rating!
