the hotel was good! Super friendly front desk staff special Navreet was very helpful, friendly and honestly has the best customer service! The rooms are clean, modern, and smell good. The entire hotel smells good! Food and convince store on site, one mile to the casino, and a free shuttle to the mall. It's nice here. An amusement park next door, a pool- this hotel is a vacation in itself

Awesome pool for kids! From 1 ft to 4 ft deep. Large rooms. Great beds. Handy airport shuttle. If definitely come again!!

Owners - I'd suggest having less decorations in the lobby, little kids and fragile objects don't mix.

I have never stayed at a bad Comfort Inn and Suites. This one is extremely clean. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Friendly and polite. The quality of service is every bit as good as the high dollar chains. I will stay at a Comfort Inn if at all possible every time. Hats off to the staff here. From the shuttle from the airport to the front desk staff. Best place to stay for all the right reasons.

The staff are all friendly and sweet. The whole property is very clean and has design touches that make you feel welcome. It's evident the owners have pride iland care for their business! A little oasis amongst the urban sprawl.

This Comfort Inn is very different from other locations. At the front entry you see a nice fountain and the lobby is nicely decorated. You can tell the management put a lot of work into the place. The check-in is quick and the staff are very friendly. My children enjoy the pool very much. The building is clean both public area and also our room. The location is next to the fun center, it is a good choice if you are traveling with children. The place is only 6 minutes drive from Westfield Southcenter and a variety of food choices.

King room very comfortable clean and fresh. Staff is awesome. Indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was nice. Lots of parking. Quiet location but tons of things to do near by. Be back real soon ❤

Clean and quiet, great breakfast, the pool is the highlight with kids, even with the "Fun Center" next door. Very kid friendly, was perfect for Spring Break.

We stayed through the weekend in the executive suite, which was as expected, however, there was a strange smell forced us to leave early, otherwise, this hotel was very good, this room however, need a deep cleaning.

Expedia lists this place as three stars. Totally wrong!! The rooms have every amenity. The lobby and dining room is amazing, and the room service is responsibly priced. There is on-site parking security, which gave us peace-of-mind, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are great👍. We've gotten far less in Vegas and LA, for twice as much.

Very nice for a comfort inn. The rooms were clean, that's the most important thing. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. The pool and hot tub were huge. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh. The hotel has a shuttle and they are very good about getting you where you need to go. The driver even offered to take us to dinner, like drive us there, not like a date.

Honestly, I am giving this hotel 5 stars just because of the beds and sheets. That alone was enough to make my stay wonderful.

The location is definitely interesting, to say the least. It can be difficult to get into and out of the hotel due to the funky intersection on the main road, but it is doable.

There is a fun center next door and a subway on the other side.

The rooms are very spacious and well kept, with the exception of our bathtub not holding water, which made it difficult to give my kids a bath but I forgot to mention it to the front desk person so I cannot hold that against them. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. I definitely got a great night's sleep. The third floor is a designated day sleeper area, with signs asking guests to be quiet on the floor, so that is also a huge plus.

The woman who helped me out at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and professional and was able to get me my second door key even though the machine wasn't working right that evening.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds, and very spacious room. Plus they provided a 5 a.m. shuttle for the airport. We were there without a car and were concerned about finding a place to eat supper in this suburban setting. We were happy to find Watershed Pizza, which is a 10 minute walk on a safe trail and overlooks a youth soccer field where we enjoyed watching a practice. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we left before the breakfast service.

The lady who help us at the front desk was really friendly and patient and helpful because we had to run back to the bank to get more money into my account and when we came back she instantly book our room and explain where the room was going to be at and all the activities were at. When walk into the room it was amazing we ended up getting two bed with a couch that folded into a bed which was fine wasn’t complaining cause all the beds are cozy and comfortable.

Staying 2 days before leaving the country. Big hotel with big rooms. Nice reception with early check-in. View out of bedroom window over fun land and the freeway. Shower, for me, is dodgy. The floor is slippery, so I laid down a towel to stand on. Breakfast is simple. There's not much to choose from. But all up for the price of the room is it is definitely worth it.

Great location close to the airport with shuttle. Awesome pool. They were packed this weekend with a youth soccer tournament and the employees went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and those not with the groups of kids weren’t disturbed by them.

Beautiful hotel and very comfortable.
The bed was quite firm, but we still slept well.
The shampoo and conditioner provided were really nice and smelled fantastic.
The location was great. We were going to T-Mobile stadium both days and it was easy to get to from the hotel.
I would definitely stay there again.

The beds are very comfortable with super soft sheets. The room was spacious and well taken care of. The lady working at the front desk was also very helpful and professional. Leaving the hotel can be a bit of a pain due to the funky intersection on the main street. We also ran into an issue with the high chairs in the breakfast area because they were broken.

The pool area is very kind and handicapped friendly with a big area of 1 foot depths. They also have a Lyft for any one who is in a wheelchair.

We stayed here Aug 8 & 9 and were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was nicer than I expected. It seemed very clean, except for the hard floor. Seemed sticky in spots, not clean.
But we were glad to get a room close to the lobby on the ground floor. The breakfast was more than adequate. The usual cereal, bread, waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, coffee and juice. The staff was friendly and helpful.
RJ was behind the desk and was also our driver to the airport.
We didn't take advantage of the pool or exercise. There is also a fun center within walking distance which would be fun for kids. I would recommend this hotel. 👌
