They are very helpful and professional. They're always trying to find the cheapest cost for your prescriptions.

They have been an important part of our cancer-fighting team. They go to bat on our behalf against the insurance companies, which is no easy task. They know our names and needs, making it work, even if that means that we are given all that they have on hand and they have to rush an order to get us the rest. An elementary school teacher, they happily donated syringes and bottle to be used for science lessons. I adore our Lin’s pharmarcy team members. They are professional, consistent, kind and caring.

The pharmacy here is the best. They know my name and always treat me kind and make me feel like they care. I have wanted to switch to a drive thru pharmacy for years and I just can’t cause I love the customer service I get here.

This is the best pharmacy! They are knowledgeable and always helpful! I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and never had an issue. I recommend them any chance I get.

Can I give 10 stars?? The pharmacy staff deserves at least that! If you like a sweet, charming staff that knows you personally, drive-thru service, & a quieter atmosphere: Lynn's shld be ur pharmacy too.

Although I love the convenience of a close pharmacy, I am tired of calling in prescriptions and not having them filled hours after I called. I am also tired of showing up to pick up a prescription they said they had to be told it was out of stock. It’s poor customer service and wastes my time. I will be moving my families prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Just got told by pharmacist Dave, that the needles my doctor prescribed are not correct and he knows more than the doctor, and he won’t be ordering them for me.

And wait🤔 Even if he does know more; shouldn’t he call and confirm with the Doctor instead of arguing with me at the counter and telling me he isn’t going order them?

I finally had to transfer to a different pharmacy, even though I shop at the store, making the pharmacy convenient. Twice I was told my Rx would be ready in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later it still wasn't. Once I came a day after the Rx was called in and was told it wasn't quite ready yet. Lastly, I needed an Rx immediately, was told to start on it right away. I wasn' told until I went to pick it up that they didn't have it in stock. A phone call would have been fair. They disrespected me one to many times. There are many other pharmacies in town to choose from. I did.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Perscrition was called in this morning. Went to pick it up this afternoon, wasn't ready. Said if I'd wait hey'd have it in 20 minutes. Told them I'd be back in an hour and a half and was told they'd have it ready. Decided to call before I went and was told it wasn't filled yet but they'd have it ready in 15 minutes. When I said that wouldn't work because of a scheduling commitment and that I'd have to pick it up tomorrow I was hung up on. Won't use their services again.
