Was an easy transaction and very nice to work with. Tyler was very helpful and available for any question. Took us two days to make a final decision between two trucks and never once was Tyler or any other salesman there pushy. Tyler knew what our budget was we wanted to stay under and never tried to push anything else above our price. Very nice guy and HIGHLY recommend!

We stopped on a whim and spoke to Tyler about a truck that caught our eye. It was a bit out of our price range but thankfully Tyler reached out and kept in contact with us. Other trucks caught our eye, but we just couldn’t swing it. We had a budget and were convinced we wouldn’t find what we were looking for within our price range.
Tyler reached out and called us as soon as a truck was brought to the lot that he felt may work for us. We came in right away, but tried not to get too excited. We tried to keep in mind things might not go as we want them to.

However, what we didn’t realize was that Tyler had everyone in on our situation and our budget. He had people crunching numbers left and right. He called us as soon as he laid eyes on this truck with us in mind. It was a solid group effort and we couldn’t be more grateful.
From the very beginning Tyler told us they are small town people working to help other small town people get the vehicles of their dreams, and I’m here to say, that’s exactly what HVM is about. They do not try push you out of your comfort zone or sell you something more than you’re looking for. The team at HVM understand life is full of costs and are willing to work with you and keep their eyes out to help you find the perfect vehicle to fit your needs.

HVM has proven themselves to be a fair, friendly, and reliable establishment. They will always be our go to when vehicle shopping and we will always send business their way when given the chance.

I saw a Jeep online that I absolutely fell in love with the second I saw it. I put in a credit app online and they were extremely responsive and called me very quickly to set up an appointment to come test drive it and have my car appraised. Now let me say, I had zero expectations when I went to see this car and truly never thought I’d be leaving with it but these guys are AMAZING! When I arrived, I was greeted by Tyler who was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He didn’t even try for one second to put me in a car I didn’t want. I test drove it, loved it even more and it was an immediate, “okay let’s make this happen” type of response. They were aggressive and worked out what I think is the perfect deal for me with a reasonable payment. They worked with me on every angle they could. I did have a trade-in and they gave me a fair value for my car; I was very happy with what they offered me. I was also in and out within about 2 hours (opposed to sitting 8 hours when I bought my previous vehicle!) and driving off with the exact Wrangler that I wanted. I highly recommend going to see Tyler here. He is so friendly and doesn’t come at you with pressure, he will have a conversation with you like you’re a person, not change in the pocket like some car salesman at “bigger” lots. He is very much the type of person to help you no matter the situation. But EVERYONE here is honestly so customer forward, friendly and they want to help you get what you love. These guys really worked for me to drive off with my new baby. I would suggest HVM to ANYONE looking to purchase a new car!! If you think it won’t happen, don’t worry… they will MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

Just bought our new to us truck from here and had a wonderful experience! Quickest and easiest process that we have been through so far. My husband had been in contact with their office and knew what vehicle we were coming to look at. When we got there they had already pulled the truck out, cleaned the snow off, and had left it running so it would be warm and clean for our test drive. Everyone was super friendly as well.

Great place to buy a truck, Jay was very professional and understanding to what I wanted. Everything went smooth when purchasing the vehicle, didn't spend all day like at some other dealerships. Very huge selection of vehicles. Would recommend buying from them.

I bought my car from HVM last weekend. Excellent service, excellent base price for the car I got, very simple and easy without feeling too pressured. I had an all-around great buying experience and would highly recommend! I will point out a few things that I think you may want to know going in though. There are two insurances that are required with any vehicle purchases. These were $500 each. One is a micro-dots theft prevention and the other is an “interior/exterior aesthetic damage coverage. They each last 3 years. Nice options, but I would not have chosen to get them if they weren’t required for the purchase of the vehicle. Most dealerships do have extra fees at purchase so that’s to be expected. Another thing is that they do not have a mechanic look at their vehicles when they arrive at their dealership, so they don’t really know the full condition of the vehicles. They do offer warranty options to help this. All in all, this was an excellent place to purchase a vehicle that I recommend giving a try.
