We recently stayed in Hotel Interurban and dined at their charming restaurant Renditionwith exceptional food and an incredibly friendly staff. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, each expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff's warmth and attentiveness elevated the overall dining experience, making it a truly enjoyable visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a combination of delicious cuisine and excellent service.

Amazing service!! The carne asada fries were absolutely memorable. I tried something new for dinner and ended up loving it! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area or at the Hotel.

I spent 5 weeks for work at this hotel and ate at Rendition most of the evenings. Clean, relaxing ambiance, and amazing food. I tried almost everything on the menu. My top picks are the burnt end tacos and the quarter chicken with mac. So delicious!! Quick and friendly service. Christine and Rocio were so personable and sweet. Highly recommend.

Really good food and customer service, everyone is really nice, we had breakfast there twice so far and it was delicious! I need to find out how they make the pancakes crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside for every single bite, and the potatoes are seasoned so well that I will go there just for those alone. The breakfast sandwich was good albeit a bit heavy and the frittata was light and savory but good with some hot sauce. The Benedict was really good as well, also better with hot sauce imo but overall everything was delicious. I will be back for the pancakes, potatoes and service!

WOW!! That defines my experience at rendition!!! Since I stepped into the door I was greeted with great vibes and great service!!!. I've been attending this local establishment since 2022 and the great customer service team like Karen, Magen, Rosio and Travis have made this more like my second home. If you come by the weekdays you will most likely see Karen ,Magen and Rosio. I can speak all day about them!!! Magen's great customer service and sincere conversation is what brings me back to the establishment. If you're unsure about a particular beer choice Magen will always steer you towards the right beer they have on tap as well with food . Rosio as well brings that aspect to the team, her smile welcomes you Rendition and right away you feel at home . I can definitely say if any of them where to go I would find it hard to come back as a regular. I also want to give a shout out to the management that keeps these great teams together. As you may know it's hard to find dedicated staff that are well put together. If are any establishments are looking for a successful blueprint team/ management take a look at rendition there definitely a winning team !!!

Great place, great service, with a very chilled vibe and the food is superb. The Fish Tacos and duck fat fries are amazing highly recommended.

Kids meal $9 chicken strips and fries. Very delicious!

Delicious!! Ordered for takeout, order was ready quick and on time. We got the steak salad and 2 veggie burgers, one with duck fat fries. Both the chipotle fries and the duck fries were to die for. Burgers were SOO yummy and the portions were VERY large. I’ll definitely be back for dine in to try other things!

Lovely shaded outdoor seating area was refreshing on a hot day. Server was fantastic, prompt, came by often, and was able to keep up with our big group's orders. Food was above par.

A hidden gem. Visited for the first time during happy hour on a Thursday. We ordered the Wagyu burger and it was absolutely delicious and so were the fries! We also had a mocktail that was delicious!

Impressive quality. Creative takes on familiar dishes. And a very good bartender 🥂

I was there at the hotel for the weekend and ate at Rendition for most meals. The wait staff is courteous and the food is amazing! Loved that they have got plenty of options to choose from and have got some really nice Egg Benedicts, pair it with some breakfast mojitos!

We stayed at the hotel Interurban for two weeks. We had meals at Rendition often. The menu was varied enough to have a new meal selection often. We had breakfast, brunch and dinner. The portions filled up nicely. We definitely will come back. The staff are friendly and very competent.

Christine gave us excellent service. I ordered the burnt ends sandwich, wasn’t thrilled with it but the chipotle seasoned fries were great. The other plates coming out of the kitchen looked really good. But the service here is too notch.

A very unique experience for my very first time in Seattle

The ribs are so flavorful! Small portion. Order the brussel sprouts to go with.👍 Everything is so expensive!!😜... $24 for 4 scallops. I know, "get used to it". They were cooked fine, in a light cream sauce, and they weren't exactly tiny. The service was very good. Club sandw is good, very filling. Staying in the hotel, we had to order right before closing cuz of work schedules (nowhere else close to eat that late) and they were nice about it. Great atmosphere. Busy times are of course real noisy if you want an intimate dinner!

Couple quick things to share here. The staff have always been attentive and nice to be served by. They will easily charge to your room if you are staying in hotel. The menu usually is limited, but the food is flavorful. Hearty food, would be how I would describe it. I never have had trouble getting a refill on my drink, whether it be coffee or lemonade (been here about 5 times). Favorite meal here is breakfast. The only downside is that there is usually limited choices on their menu, but that isn't deal-breaker.

Rendition is truly an Oasis deep in the desert that is Tukwila/Southcenter. On both occasions the staff have been great. Most recently I had some incredible salmon and potatoes seasoned and cooked perfectly. The quality here is so far above everything else in the area (on foot or for short trips), and it is never too busy. If you are staying in the area, this is an absolute must.

Service was amazing .... I have been for breakfast, brunch and food is always cook to perfection.
