Dr. Pflum always takes the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have. He never makes you feel like you're just another patient. He is a very warm, kind and genuine person who is there to help you and if he can't, he will send you to someone who can.

He is an asset to Mercy Health and will truly be missed by all of his patients when he retires at the end of July. God bless you Dr. Pflum and thank you for taking such good care of me, my daughter's and now my grandchildren. We all love you like family! ❤

Dr.Pflum has been my doctor for 27 years. He is also my husband's doctor, kids doctor, and son-in-law to be doctor.
He is a phenomenal doctor. His staff is also pretty amazing! We are really going to miss him when he retires in July.
