Hampton Inn Seattle-Southcenter

I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count (probably 20+ this year alone). The location is perfect for access to the airport and/or the freeway. The rooms are comfortable and clean and just what we need for our business trips. But I just cannot even find the perfect words to say how great the staff is! They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. And I really like to return and see the same faces (no staff turnover here). Top notch customer service here.

Easy check-in and out online. Room key on cellphone. Clean rooms. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

Whenever you pick a location or over night venue that you have never stayed at before it’s kinda like gambling
Well I hit the jackpot with this location
The staff the rooms and easy access to the hotel were beyond what I had imagined
The staff at the front desk were happy treated me with mutual appreciation and offered so many other things I did not even consider
At one point they even changed my room because I wanted a bathtub instead of a shower
I left them all a great tip
And I departed the next day happier than I arrived

We booked two rooms for our group upon returning from our Alaskan cruise. The ladies at the front desk who checked us in, Denea and Vanessa, were beyond helpful! They accommodated us by allowing all of our group to store our bags in their conference rooms (so many bags!) while we explored the city waiting for our rooms to be ready, and also by getting one room ready super early to accommodate two from our group who needed to stay back. They were both super friendly, and made us feel welcomed and taken care of despite being extremely busy at the time. Thank you for a great experience!
Also, I was nervous about the shuttle after reading some previous reviews, but out shuttle experience was perfect. It was readily available every time we needed it, and the driver was great!

Attending a class being conducted here in the Hampton Inn, and I am very pleased with check-in, front desk team, shuttle service and the cleanliness of the facility and room. It is an excellent value! Lots of plug-ins/power available for my electronics.

Hotel shows its age, BUT THE knock out service makes up for it! It all started when we were greeted by the nicest young lady ever wh checked us in. Then we went up to our room and wow was it clean! The next morning breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast we have had from a Hilton chain in a long time. This team at this hotel is a true A-team! You should use this team to train the others. THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME START TO OUR CRUISE

Nice and clean, quiet and a good location. Near a walking trail. Close to airport.

Hotel room very clean and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. On the last day of our stay the fire alarm went off in the morning during breakfast service. We were told that this was due to smokey conditions in the kitchen. We came down to breakfast shortly afterwards and the entire staff was working together to make sure the guests were taken care of.

Super close to SeaTac but without airport noise and traffic. Clean rooms. Close to mini golf and shopping while waiting for our flight the next day. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Chose this hotel as it was near to the airport and offered a shuttle service. The roads were temporarily closed due to a fire and Jessica offered to reimburse me for a taxi/uber. The fire was not their fault and I am grateful that the staff took it upon themselves to make my stay (and another family) better. Will use this location again.

Clean, very well kept and great breakfast!!

The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially Denea and Kyle. The room was clean (as usual) and breakfast bar was stocked (waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, toast/bagels, etc.) and in good order.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, this place is fine. The breakfast was good; there was sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt and fruit. Reception and housekeeping were very helpful and the room had everything required for a short stay. The place felt pretty clean, and the location was easy to reach from the highway. Southcenter is great because of the shopping and restaurant options located within a short drive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Hampton Inn for future visits.

We were pleasantly surprised at this Hampton inn.
Our room was not large, but has a very good layout for efficient use of spaces. The shelves, hooks, desks, chairs and closet were nice. Room was very clean.
Staff were the nicest among about a dozen hotels we stayed recently. They were cheerful and courteous.
Breakfast was very nice with a few hot items, fresh smoothies, as well as other typical breakfast staples. We met the gentleman Nate who was the best host we’ve ever met at hotel breakfasts. He greeted us with a big smile, had all foods and supplies well supplied and maintained. He cleans up all the time. And offers great conversations to anyone who wishes to engage.
Breakfast area was well lighted with sun room. Tables were clean and plentiful space for guests.
There are coffee and tea available in all hours.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very accommodating and responsive to any questions/needs we had. The proximity to the airport is fantastic for traveling.

We always try to stay at a Hampton when we travel. This was our first time here and I have to say it was a very nice experience. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The young lady that picked us up at the airport was so friendly and explained all about how the shuttle works for guests on a 24 hr. timetable. The room was fairly small but, it was clean and had a fresh clean duvet cover which is one of the important things we look for at Hampton. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of different foods. Also has free wifi that actually works. The hotel shuttle is a huge plus as they will take you to the local mall, restaurants and even to the light rail station where you can catch a train to go downtown. Great place to stay

Spend the night before going on our cruise, nice room and friendly staff, found out in the morning we need luggage tags and they help us print then out

We had an absolute trash day with terrible service and just everything that could go wrong went wrong with our flights and got stuck having to stay here. But the ladies at the service desk and the guy that drove the shuttle were just so sweet and helpful that it ended a really awful day on a good note
Also the room was very comfortable and clean

The staff is very nice. The rooms are great and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in, in a hotel! Great selection of breakfast menu in the morning and it stayed open later than most!
