My son has been attending ChildTime Renton since January 2023 and has been thriving. The teachers really make a huge difference. There are two teachers who I want to acknowledge specifically, Azadeh and Isabel. These two teachers have helped and continue to help my 3 year old feel safe and secure. Without these two I don’t think my son would be thriving like he is today. There is a new director Aniya and she has made this school 100% better. The classrooms have been transformed and the kids are learning so much! I am a very protective mother so I watch the live cam throughout the day and I can confirm these teachers are loving and nurturing!

We needed back-up care for 2 days for my 6 month old and this Childtime was amazing. They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, and even though we were only going to be there for two days they treated me and my baby like we were regulars. I am so grateful for them and the fabulous care they provided to both me and my little one.

My son has been at Childtime since Jan 2019, and now he's a happy, thriving, sociable, well-adjusted, and smart 4-year old with very few tantrums. I am so grateful to the teachers at Childtime for the loving care they've given him over the years, and the way they've helped him grow from a baby to a toddler and now a Pre-K student. He learns so much and has so much fun at school. They provide healthy meals and snacks so we don't have to pack anything. Diapers were also included for a minimal cost so we didn't have to provide them in the infant and toddler rooms. My son has done very well at Childtime, and I have no doubt that he will be ready for Kindergarten next year after going there full-time for almost his whole life.

We love Childtime of Renton! Our daughter has been going here for almost 6 months already, and we’ve all had such a wonderful experience. The teachers (Ms. Stacy, Ms. Kim, Ms. Monica, and many more!) are so invested in the children and what they do, and the Director (Ms. Anya) goes to great lengths to ensure everyone’s needs are met. It’s not easy entrusting the care of your child to just anyone, but this team finds ways to remind us every day that we made the right choice - like sharing real-time activity, naps and meal updates, pictures of playtime and milestones, and offering access to a live-stream video of our daughter’s classroom so that we can remotely check in on her at any time of the day. Thank you, Childtime of Renton, for all that you do, we appreciate you!!

My first child went here and now my 2nd child is going here, she absolutely loves the teachers especially Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Azi/ Azadeh, they are the best by far! Super caring, genuine and knowledgeable! Other teachers there now are also awesome! They work really hard...Classrooms are clean and the apps, pictures and cameras provided are so helpful! Get to see your child what they are up to during the day is priceless! The new manager, Ms Anya is the best! She used to teach my first child in preschool and now seeing her be the manager for this branch is giving me a big relief because she is indeed good with communication with parents. I'd recommend parents sending their kiddos here.

I have a 5 year old in Pre-k classroom, Ms. azi/Azadeh . My son absolutely loves and adores her sense day one. She is very caring, genuine and knows how to communicate with the children very well . Ms. Gia is the secondary teacher in the pre-k classroom and is absolutely amazing with the kids as well. There is a camera in each of the room in the center, I enjoy that I can see him threw out the day but I do not feel the need to as I trust all of the teachers at this center! Each of the ladies there treat my son as if he was there own, and I whole heartedly respect and love that. The center director, Ms. Anya is the best !. She is very sweet and patient with the kiddos, she is truely amazing and the things she is doing for the center .

This is the best daycare around. My daughter absolutely lives all of her caretakers and friends. We would never go to another daycare, Childtime is the only place for our family. Thank you, Childtime!

We have thoroughly enjoyed Childtime and their staff for the last year and a half. We are sad to leave as we are moving and we will miss dearly the Admin staff and teachers. Our son was well taken care of and loved by all. And, when we move back we definitely will be placing our youngest son back in with Childtime.

We have sent our boys here for 4+ years and have been generally pleased with the level of care. The majority of the staff seems to really care!

My son was never enrolled here but I visited this place for a quick tour. The director seemed to have no idea what is going on at this facility and couldn't answer the simplest of questions. It gave me a strange vibe and I didn't trust them enough to come back.

By far one of the worst places you can take your child, this place is very poorly managed by Samantha Navarro who is a racist district manager. If your have DSHS your children will be discriminated: they will let workers know who is on dshs and who is self pay. If a child has dshs, they will write up incident reports on muñidor behavior issues. If you’re self pay, and your child hits or does things that are not behavior appropriate they will let things slide. On several occasions, children (Todd’s) were sent home with multiple bites on back, and no incident report. On several occasions Ms. Azadeh hurt children’s because they didn’t “have good manners”. On several occasions kids dietary restrictions weren’t followed and information was falsified to say they were followed (kids with allergies were fed food thst they were allergic to). This center failed to do their duty and notify cps on several things thst were going on. When staff spoke up about their unsafe practices they were fired. And taken to court. Many times kids were left out of ratio. This center doesn’t have actual teachers with ECE many of them don’t have Hs diplomas. Basically you are paying for expensive baby sitter. Kids were left in the hallway because of understaffing. Please keep your kids away from here. Even though there’s live feed it doesn’t have audio.

I am a parent of a child that is enrolled at Renton Childtime Learning Center. We have had our child enrolled for 3 years, starting in the infant class and never had any issues until they brought on a new controller. I was made aware of many concerning issues recently and met with management and emailed corporate. Not only did they deny all our concerns but corporate never called me or responded to multiple emails requesting a call and email back. CPS has been onsite three times since April 2023, confirmed by the controller when we met in the in person meeting.

This place is HORRENDOUS!

Do not enroll your child here until they figure out staffing.

I would rate this center a zero if I could. This is the worst childcare center! They didn’t read through any of the paper work we provided for my child and did not communicate his schedule, eating habits, etc. He was there one day and we pulled him out. They didn’t feed my child breakfast until I called to ask why he wasn’t eating with the other kids, he was given dairy TWICE after we specified in his paperwork he can’t have dairy, I even had to ask why he wasn’t allowed to have his binkie when we said in the paperwork he needs that for comfort. They also let my child sit there screaming and crying which he never does instead of consoling him. NOT OKAY! My child had puffy eyes and a puffy face when I picked him up from crying all day and was starving when we got home. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!

We were drawn to the school by high ratings, and when we went for a tour were impressed by the director and teacher our then 2 year old would have. We even recommended Childtime to friends. In the last 17 months the director was replaced along with a revolving door of teachers. The new director does not condescend to communicate with parents directly, instead uses others to relay her messages. The center's response to parents' concerns is inconsistent at best. But they will demand parents adhere to their policies immediately. The only thing keeping us here are the friends our son has made. We will probably not use them for our upcoming newborn unless we see a change.

My kids ages 5&2 attended this location August2020 until December 2020. The director Bj Shebo-VanZandt is unprofessional and prejudice! My 5 year old was knew to wearing masks so her being in a class with 4 year olds who weren’t forced to wear mask, she would occasionally pull hers down. Bj threatened to withdraw her if she kept it up and I’m aware of how serious Covid is but children are more safe during this pandemic! But to threaten this was very sad! Then they were forcing us to pay for diapers when in the handbook said that we could bring our own diapers so she’s very dishonest ! $10 a week for diapers and my baby only used 1-2 a day ! She would harass me over $10 if I didn’t pay it that week. Then she decided to move my 2 1/2 old put of the 2 year class and into pre kindergarten class(which was fine) and decided to with draw my 2 year old because he walked out of a classroom once. The teacher had three students but was tending to the two and not my child ! It’s unexceptionable for my child to walk out yes but he’s a child ! So people plz don’t take your kids there! The teachers are good just not the director ! I’d never suggest them not La petite daycare their the same daycare but with different names ! Oh and they always sent my child home in another child’s clothes !
