This place is awesome, they treat each customer as they were their only customer. The owner is very personable and friendly taking time for me to make up my mind. I wasn't going to buy today but their prices are reasonable. Keep up the good work fellas!!!

Excellent experience here. There's a HUGE range of flavors to sample here, and they work with you to find exactly what you like the most. They also have a great selection of equipment, from the smallest starter kit, to full blown mechanical mods. All at very fair prices.

Large selection! Very nice and helpful gentlemen working here. For the items i purchase they hace the best prices i have found in the West Chester area. The Cincinnati brand Ground Zero is my favorite, i enjoy all the flavors they offer so far!!😁

I just had tumor's removed from my head and I went to a different place I was so overwhelmed with the disrespected that place was a joke sold me a broken device knowing I had just had surgery he didn't care so I was told about Cloud 9 and they took the time to help me. I've been here a couple times now and I gotta say I love this place. They have an amazing juice selection, they've always had the one's that I would ask for. The place itself is really big with a couple of T.Vs towards the back, and a bunch of chairs so this place is really nice for just comin in and hanging out for a few. The staff have always been amazing, never rude, answer all of the questions that I ask, and are nice at having at the very least small talk while you're there. If you're lookin for a new juice or really anything vape related I would highly recommend this place if you can make it.

Cloud 9 is the best place in the city for vape gear. I drive from 40 minutes away because it is worth it. Everyone that works there is chill and friendly. They encourage you to stay and hang out after you make a purchase. Great atmosphere. Nothing bad to say at all. Wish i could give more than 5 stars!

Amazing vapor lounge. I have never seen a wider selection and amazing glass. I got me a pendant made by a local artist. Remember to support local but these guys are international with there selection and vibe.

By far the best shop in the Southwest Ohio area. Awesome staff that will go out of their way to help you, and none of the pretentiousness that goes with many other vape shops.

Walked in not know much about Vaping or having only watched some things on YouTube about the differences of Pens and Mods and right away I felt like I was home. I was welcomed by 3 or 4 employees with smiles and great attitudes. I was lucky enough to get to talk with them for a good amount of time and see how much knowledge and passion they had about the Vape world. My vape expert that guided me on the beginning of my vape journey was down to earth non judgmental and totally patient with all the questions i had no matter how silly they may have been. Needles to say because of Van the employee that helped me. I am now a fellow vapper. I would highly recommend this shop and I am totally a customer for my vape life!!!!!

A great place to learn about and purchase vaping products. The staff is well knowledged and only try to get you what you want. Not the most expensive. Very nice atmosphere. Large selection as well.

By far the best vape shop in the greater cincy area. I am an out of towner and have scowled the area finding a new go to shop. After visiting 17 different locations in the area, I found this place. Getting greeted by a really knowledgeable hot girl is a good way to start the experience. The customer service, and selection were by far the best I've found in these parts. I litteraly sampled 20 different flavors and not once did patience wear thin. On the contrary, the service was conversational and suggestive to other flavors that suited my profile. 8 of those sampled flavors were staff recommendations. When it comes to juice, forget the value shoppers. You get what you pay for. If you want fruity bs, buy your Evo at a gas station. If you want palletable gems, throw in the extra 5 bucks. Thanks to the running special, I was able to pick up some fine quality flavors never tasted before. They were all spectacular, made by Skull and Roses out of TN. For me it was a value at $18 for a 30 ml. Given the selection, I could've payed far less. I also could've enjoyed my purchase far less. I will definitely return and taste away. I've found my spot.

This is my all time FAVE vape shop. They are quick to help you and are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The owner Trent is bad ass. The store is awesome and clean inside.

This is the first time I've been to the cloud but I had a fall and ended up in the hospital and in the process I broke my vape mom with my phone so I went to the cloud and they had the exact Vape that I have broken except it was in a larger size for a cheaper price and I would go there again if I needed another Vape or if I needed the juice to go with it for the people that do vape I would recommend going there they're very friendly and very helpful

Went in here knowing nothing about vapes. I just wanted to buy one to help me quit smoking. The guy who helped me, Van, was really informative, cool, and helpful in finding me the perfect setup which I love. Highly recommended!
