Beth Ann's Hallmark Shop

I love shopping at Beth Ann’s Hallmark! Visited there today and left with pretty Thanksgiving/Christmas decorations & gifts for family. Third picture me resting with new Christmas socks on and a cozy Santa blanket watching a Hallmark Christmas movie. I love the snowflake mug! ❄ Beth and Doug (owners) are just the sweetest and are so helpful!!!

I must go in at the right time because I’ve never had problems with the older man that owns the store. Yes, his wife is much more polite, friendly, and has better interpersonal/people skills, but I wouldn’t describe the man as rude. I even sent my mom to get something for me one time and warned her about the “rude older man” based on all the reviews. She called me after she picked up my item and said he was fine. And it should be noted that my mother can be a needy shopper- she even asked him if she could get a box to put my doll in and he totally obliged. Once I started going in myself, I saw he was fine as well. I would describe him as more direct and doesn’t go out of his way to be personable, but I wouldn’t describe him as rude. I especially don’t believe “G. Pattman’s” review saying the man’s told him “screw you.” And if he did say that, I think G Pattman is leaving out a few details of the full story.

Anyway, the store is one of the cleanest, most well merchandised Hallmark store I’ve seen. I even received a call today to let me know my ornament I had asked for them to hold when they received it had arrived. It makes me sad that more and more Hallmark stores are closing and I will continue to fully support this store until I get this “horrific” service everyone claims to have received. I will admit the woman that works there is more pleasant to interact with, but I don’t think the man is rude at all. If he is, then I guess I just coincidentally go in on all the days he’s in a good mood.

I don't know why this hallmark has a bad rating. The owners are husband and wife. Anytime my wife and I go into the store, both of them have been nothing but nice to us. We recently purchased and ordered some snoopy stuff. They called us, when it came in. Just today, they remembered that we love snoopy so much, that they called us and texted us pictures of their new snoopy signs that they got in. With so many hallmarks closing, it is still nice to have a brick and mortar store to be able to go into. Don't let the other negative reviews keep you from shopping there.

I have been going to this Hallmark for 10 years. They ALWAYS have a huge variety, they welcome you with a smile, and they have always gone above and beyond. The woman Beth, I believe is Beth Ann is so nice and helpful, and the man, has always made sure I have found everything I need. He may be a bit crusty on the outside, but kill'em with kindness and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Plus, this year they had an amazing free gift bag if you spent $60! Who can't spend $60 in a Hallmark store? Plus I got my snowman too!!

I just returned from my favorite Hallmark store. The owners, Doug and Beth Ann, always go above and beyond what I expect. They have been with me through many trials in my life and are always there to help me find the perfect card or gift. For e.g. today Doug helped me make invitations for a friend's 70th birthday party. She has cancer and needs some happiness. I couldn't have gotten this done in time without Doug's help. Thank you for always being there for me.

I was only there to pick up something UPS dropped off. While I was waiting for them to find my item, I glanced around and it seems like a very nice store. I will go back when I have more time to shop.

I love Beth Ann's Hallmark!! Service is always fantastic!! The couple that work there are always friendly and welcoming!! I can always find what I am looking for and a few surprises!!

The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so helpful in finding exactly what I needed.

The people working here are so nice and helpful. They have lots of products to choose from. This is my go to Hallmark store.
