Kelly Datillo took an experience that should have been stressful and mind numbing and made it a completely painless and efficient experience. She understood my extremely limited knowledge and took me under her wing through whole process and was patient and kind with from beginning to end. It was nice to have someone who genuinely cared and set me for success in the future.

This Credit Union has been all round the best one of the ones I’ve experienced in my life. The personnel are extremely helpful and ready to assist, the building itself and service accessibilities are easily navigable yet not without confidence of security safeguards. The growth of assets are better here too upon comparison to the cu associated with the worldwide company my husband works for which really surprised us. They deserve the 5 stars imo.

He was very patient with her, answered all of her questions, and at times, had to answer the questions again in order for her to understand. Both my mother and I felt very comfortable and at ease with the experience. My mother now asks for him when she visits Superior. I am so grateful to Paul for the kindness he has shown my mother.

We worked with Kelly V. To refinance our mortgage. She made the process as seamless and efficient as possible, and answered every question I had with patience. My previous mortgage experience with another lender was a nightmare, so this was a very welcome change.
