I have taken several vehicles to them over the last 10 years. I have always been treated fairly on everything that I have had done there. The price is average or possibly a bit less than your typical repair shop. The work is completed quickly and always communicated what was being done and waited for my approval. I appreciate having someone I can trust to work on my vehicles when I can't do it myself. I will continue using them for all my needed repairs.

I have done work with Andrew in the past on my Audi and service was always top notch. I have referred friends and family to Integrity and everyone has great feedback for me for the work Andrew completed. This go around Andrew took my call on Sunday and was able to work me in early the very next week. I mentioned I was going out of town and would like my car back over Saturday if at all possible.. Andrew had my car ready by Thursday afternoon even with it requiring a full AC replace/overhaul with almost 20 hours of labor.. That is top notch service.. I was even able to Venmo payment and pickup my car at my convenience over the weekend as soon as I got back in town.. I highly recommend Andrew and Integrity for any automotive needs..

Andrew is the BEST mechanic I’ve ever met ! My ac went out and I needed an air compressor , he was able to get the part and had my a/c running in less than 24 hours !!! Great communication and great service, he even followed back up with me to make sure everything was running smoothly . It was hot summer day, the car air condition of my visiting family from out of state stopped working. After getting refusals from other mechanics to fix the car the same day, I searched this place, spoke with Andrew and requested him for help on urgent basis . We drive to his garage, he immediately ran a test, explained everything before fixing and then fix it while we waited. This car was fixed by the dealer in the past but the problem always persisted. As of this day we have no issues with the A/C. Thank you Andrew.

Did a great job, had a cv axle pop out and transmission failed and he was able to fix it in a day with a reasonable price. I highly recommend this mechanic and will tell family and friends to definitely use him.

The service was quick and very reasonable in price. Very close to me in location which is very convenient too. My husband is very please with the quality of work. Integrity Automotive has been servicing all my vehicles for several years. They are expert diagnostic mechanics. Never any surprises after quoting an estimated cost. The work is always done on time as promised.

I have used them several times for our imports, and he has always delivered quality work in a timely fashion. I have had him change the engine, replace seals for oil housing and change high pressure fuel pump on another car, and he did a great job and also keeps you informed of everything as he goes. Would most definitely recommend.

Not to smart.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but after my father in law leaving a negative review, and having the mechanic personally reach out to me to complain, I figured I would chip in my 2 cents. While the car being serviced was my own, my FIL wasn't happy with the service provided and went on their own to leave a review. The mechanic then reached out to me personally via text to my personal number to complain and claim his review was "ridiculous." Granted this, among other things, from my perspective:

They claimed I reached out and claimed "the alternator isn't charging and the battery goes bad." Both of these are false. The alternator was in fact charging to 14.47V, and the battery was 12.6V at rest. The only battery-related comment I made was that I needed to jumpstart the car frequently, despite being at 12.6V. This lack of attention to detail is concerning when it comes to doing car work. My actual query was that the Check Charging Sys light was on, and I wanted it diagnosed. I wanted it diagnosed some place that wasn't free because I assumed that the issue in of itself was likely an electrical connection, and servicers willing to do these tests for free typically won't resolve these issues for you.

So, what was the quoted amount for replacing my battery? $295, parts plus labor. But wait, they've also claimed their labor rate is "$80 per hour." So, that leaves us with a battery costing $215, which, for a Ford 500 2007, needless to say, is entirely out of the ballpark. No option for a conventional battery was even given (which typically cost around $100). This is without saying that replacing a battery isn't going to take an hour of labor, this is something that can be achieved within a few minutes with a skilled mechanic. While I don't think that doing diagnostics would take an entire half hour, even if we add this to the suggested labor cost, we are still way off the mark.

Also a bit on edge about the comment that "Triple A provides low quality batteries." They are comparable conventional batteries simply branded with a AAA logo. The battery itself tested 10 CCA's and was replaced by us within a few minutes. It is worth noting I tend to rely on warranties as well, granted the car's historic tendency to only have batteries last ~2 years (even driven on regular), no matter the supposed "quality."

Despite claiming that he was okay with my decision to not have the battery replaced and going through warranty, my last message at 12:43PM was entirely ignored until I reached out again at 1:37PM, at which point I finally received a response about how much payment was expected for the diagnostic work at 3:54 PM (3 hours 11 minutes after, or 2 hours 17 after my inquiry about cost). I also attempted to call, but no response. This was all within working hours, and while it is possible they may have had an emergency (I was not made aware of such), or they could have been doing work (their shop was closed and they were not inside), I get the feeling that this, as well as reaching out to me on my personal number about someone else's review, to be extensively unprofessional. It is possible they may have thought I was attempting to take advantage of them, but I always had the intention to pay for the diagnostic (at minimum the amount they quoted, even), and they also withheld my key the entire time.

So, in the end, the problem itself was quickly found to be a loose connection as expected, and I ended up being charged $20 for that elsewhere.

I am not typically the type to leave negative reviews, and like to grant extensive caution, care, and consideration for the circumstances of others, but the reaction I have received has been nothing but volatile. It is my hope that they thought I was trying to get them to do diagnostic work for free, and the ill response was a result of that, although withholding a response for 2-3 hours is still a stretch.
