Franklinton Cycle Works

I went in yesterday hoping to find a commuting bike & was able to pick out everything I would need to get started. This included fenders & a new bike lock.

Everyone was kind & very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They even host an open shop, which I will be interested in going to in the future to learn more about bike maintenance!

Their prices are very reasonable, making bike ownership very accessible. I found something in my budget that was a great fit.

I cannot recommend Franklinton Cycle Works enough. Thank you!

This is the best bike co-op in the city period! Way more welcoming than the other, better staff and very friendly. You don't have to be an expert in cycling, and they don't make you feel intimidated, they will help you out in whatever you need. Very reasonable pricing on used and new bikes as well! This place is awesome.

Had my eyes on a bike that wasn't even right for me, the staff took my needs into consideration and helped me pick the perfect ride. Take me to work everyday, and even eats up trails! Love it here... There is so much more to the location than Google Maps can tell. Worth a stop in!

We recently purchased a bike at this amazing co-op shop. The gentleman there helped us explore many different options for what was best for my husband, and test out various bikes. We learned a lot about biking and what we need to have fun. I would come back here again and again, because they had amazing prices, kind service, and a great space. What an awesome place!

Awesome shop, great people. I took my 8 year old son today to pick out a new to him bike. Cole helped us find a perfect bike for him. He was very helpful and patient and didn’t freak out when my son dropped the bike a couple times trying to get on. We got a great bike for a fraction of the price we would have paid for a new bike. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They also have some great programs to help the community. We will be donating his old bike for someone else to find. Thanks FCW!

Franklinton Cycle Works is a non profit organization dedicated to providing affordable bicycles to the community. These guys are super nice and eager to assist. They are very knowledgeable and very passionate about what they do. The shop is very tidy and organized.

If you are looking for a community organization that eats, breathes, and lives in your community, go here and volunteer!

This has been my only place to repair my bike! Since the first time the guys are so friendly, helpful and their customers service is awesome. This is the only place I really would like that they ask for tips because they really deserve it due their service is exceptional!! Not like almost all the establishments where they ask tips for nothing!!

These folks are awesome! I had 2 bikes that each had a crank set that would not come loose so I took it to the shop. The folks there put each bike on a bike stand and helped me take both crank set cups loose. You can do the work yourself or have the work performed by a tech for a very reasonable price. This is a great place to work on your bike in a pleasant environment with knowledgeable, helpful people.

Really cool vibe here. I'm really happy with the used Schwinn Traveler I bought. Im looking forward to the city opening back up so I can volunteer with them and contribute to the efforts they're making in the community. I'd definitely recommend this shop!

Stopped by the shop today and honestly had the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time.

Cole, my bike technician was courteous, helpful, friendly and well-versed in the world of bikes.

He let me take a spin on a few and made sure I was 100% satisfied when I left.....with a bike!

Seriously, you have to stop by here. Awesome selection of bikes, GREAT prices and the friendliest folks in the central Ohio bike business.

Awesome experience! I recently took an old bike here for some extensive repair and the staff fixed it up for about half the price I was quoted at a different bike shop- highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service on a tight budget.
