Ramada by Wyndham Kent Seattle Area

The room was clean and spacious with clean toiletry and two comfortable double beds and the beds were soft and the coffee pot was working the refrigerator and microwave were functional. The ice machine was a little hard to find. The television remote was not working but after a little poking the television worked and dish network supplied us with planet of the apes on FX or Showtime I'm not sure which network was supplying our entertainment. Overall and adequate comforting experience. We attempted to call and ask for another night but the phone for room service was not working. I walked over to see about reserving the room for another night and found out that they didn't want to. Answer the phones during checkout and the room rate was increased by 10 percent because of the weekend. And that means they added $10 and with taxes the $69 room would cost me $79 Plus taxes fees or $85 plus $10 . Altogether $95.00 and $200 deposit since I was using $cash. We decided on not spending another night there.

This place is the best deal in town! With the best rooms in town and by far have the best staff in town!! They care about their customers and will do most anything to work with you if you are reasonable & respectful. They are really laid back but yet they demand respect and rules be followed which is completely understandable and reasonable thing for them to expect. I highly recommend this hotel WAY over any of the others in the immediate area. By far!

New owners!!! I constantly stay in hotels due to work and the new owners have cleaned this Ramada up. You absolutely can not beat this hotel for the price, service and now security!! Plus full breakfast will be coming soon. Location off hwy 167 close to shopping, food and airport. I am not going anywhere for the time being.

Hotel recently changed ownership and the new owners are making great improvements to the property as well as adding security measures and overall service and customer experience improvements. I recommend it.

I see tremendous positive changes in one week , since new management, with great price , all shady people hanging in cars are gone , look clean . Definitely I’am coming back .

Wow! What can I say! There is many reasons to stay at a hotel. For me cleanliness and guest service are number one and two. This Kent Ramada inn has both. Each time I have stayed recently my room bed bathroom were very clean. Also I can’t say enough about your front desk leader Matthew. He is an All star and I wish everyone had a chance to meet this wonderful gentleman.

You mean the Hilton top floor,I never was there and again I used Google maps and Walsh how was the place.You tell me brown noiser.

Great staff and people from all walks of life. Rooms are clean, and affordable if you’re on a budget in need of a decent room with a microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The Ramada is conveniently located near gas stations, bus stops, 711, and freeway access. There is no security, but the environment is safe and could potentially be a safe haven for Local Washingtonians and visitors alike. 🙏🏾

Though ive seen the bad reviews but to me this is a 5 star !currently staying here, but I would recommend staying here ! Staffs are very LOVIN & CARING ! Matthew is the best front desk & so is the ladies who work over night ! The only problem is waking up to homeless sleeping in front my door ! Other than that this place is great !

No complaints at all about the room or staff! They were very patient, accommodating and professional!!!!

However, beware of the "Incidentals Deposit" of $100 Debit/Credit or $200 cash required upon check in. Which is not mentioned when reserving a room online (3⭐ - Priceline)!!!

This is not to blame the actual hotel but was inconvenient since the room was booked for me and I felt blindsided! (Again, not the fault of the hotel.)

On the positivity train, I was not disturbed by neighbors or staff and was very happy about the entire 5 day stay!

The two guys who work the front desk here are what make this place my favorite. Always friendly and chatty and joking around, so visits always start off relaxed with happy vibes 🙂 .The setup here is pretty unique as well, almost like an apartment complex with mostly outdoor-accessible rooms. I've never been able to hear the neighbors through the wall, so that's a plus lol. Beds are soft and clean, heat & AC work, shower gets hot, coffee is... Well, there's a Starbucks directly across the road 😂🤭 Ramada is clean, safe, and comfortable, with cool employees. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Nice little hotel. The sweet lady at the front counter was awesome. The rooms aren't special but they're clean and you can tell the house keeping has been on it. Affordable. Would recommend.

While the rooms could be improved, the staff was fantastic. Friendly service form front-to-back. The shuttle driver called me at the airport to let me know he was on his way, but was stuck in a little traffic, which I very much appreciated. I was greeted with a friendly front desk agent that took care of my check-in in a quick fashion. Explained to me all the hotel had to offer. I will say, if you choose this location, don't look at it for the rooms, look at it for the very friendly service.

Great value for the price of the hotel. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman Matthew at the front desk. That guy's a keeper. He went above and beyond to help me out when I checked in. Thank you Matthew- you are phenomenal. The beds are super comfy and after the crazy trip I have had, I needed a good rest. I can honestly say that the professionalism and accommodating front desk girl (NEO) that works in the evening is the reason for my rating 5 star review because of her excellent customer service and wonderful hospitality. She made our 3 night stay a very pleasant one. Quick check in process, helpful in every way during our stay. It's rare that you run into such genuine people like her. She definitely makes this hotel a 5 star for best guest services. She's a GEM 👍

Had made a reservation for 2 nights with Booking.com, but unfortunately experienced vehicle troubles which required maintenance in order to make the trip to Kent from Graham, WA. After hours of my other half working on it in the cold, trying to fix the problem correctly after several attempts with different friends each time, we were able to make the drive. We missed the entire first day&half of the 2nd of the 2-night stay. We may have had to pay for that, but thanks to the Fabulous Jazzmine, she took it upon herself to resolve by canceling the reservation for me. So i made new 2-night reservation hoping for a jacuzzi tub room, but missed last available one by an hour. The fantastic young lady working then offered to book a jetted tub room for my 2nd day, even though none were available that i could find. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, COURTESY&COMPASSION WHICH MADE MY STAY THE BEST YET, EVER!! I truely hope the Ramada Inn greatly appreciates&rewards you both for your hard work in making each guests stay wonderful!! They really are very lucky to have FANTASTIC employees like yourselves!!

This was one of the best holiday inns that I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional and fun. The service was amazing, if there was a problem the staff immediately fix it without delay. The shuttle service is very quick and knowledgeable on sites to see. Breakfast in the morning is great. The rooms are also amazingly well kept. The restaurant next door is amazing and I highly recommend it. I did not like the order out menu provided by the hotel for it high prices and surcharge of 10 dollars for delivery to the hotel. But over, all I love this hotel and will come back for another stay.
