Just purchased a 2024 Yamaha GP1800 SVHO over at Crossbay in Bayshore. Had a great experience, highly recommend. I dealt with Gary and he was great. The General Manager John is really nice and helped make sure that I got a great deal!! Will definitely go back there again for my next purchase.

I just purchased a Zx-14r and had a great experience with Crossbay. Russel always called me back and John was super helpful and also returned my calls promptly as a customer would expect. Frank in the finance department guilded me through the process again calling me and keeping me updated. After a week of back and forth we are now friends. Thank you.

I wanted a new GoldWing. They are hard to get. John, the general mgr, knew I was looking for one and he let me know as soon as he got one. I got a very fair price. The bike was built and prepped quickly. The transaction went very smoothly. Jerry, my salesman, walked me through everything. He showed me the features of the bike for quite a while. He then walked me through all the paperwork. While I was there everyone was nice and helpful. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

Crossbay Motorsport of Bay Shore was great . We called ahead of time and made an appointment with Gary . We drove all the way from Queens. When we got there Gary was there at the front greeted us with a smile . We sat down with him he wasn’t pushy at all he made the process fun and took his time answering all our concerns and questions. Considering buying a motorcycle pretty much decided I'm going to get one I just don't know what one because I haven't been on a bike in 35 years So I came here and looked at a few things in the salesman Gary was just absolutely unbelievably helpful He patiently took me to all the bikes I sat on all of them as he rolled them out we spoke about Rider confidence is everything.
Tried a few of the six different bikes that I had in mind from research. But you have to sit on these bikes You just have to sit on them just like fitting a shoe. He was really patient trying to help me fit that shoe. He even held me up while I put my feet on the pegs see how it fit and feel.

Highly recommend going here to just sit on the bikes and figure out what's good for you.

The experience was great from the begining to end Gary Nieves the motorcycle advisor was very knowledgeable about the bikes and walked me step of the way on purchasing the right bike with the accessories I wanted the Manager John Schultz was very easy to deal with and there was no back and forth about price he made sure I got the best price after getting quotes from other dealers even the Finance person I forgot his name was very clear about the pricing and gave me various options in terms and rates. I have purchased many other bikes at other locations and they made it absolutely easy will be coming back for my jet ski next you should definitely check them out for your next fun vehicle before you go anywhere else

Gary was absolutely amazing. Hooked it up with the Rebel 500. It’s made me more confident in my riding and is such a nice bike. I appreciate Gary taking the time to work with me and around my schedule.

I just wanted to say I had a good experience at crossbay bayshore. I recently went there to upgrade to an MT09. John the GM was a fantastic person. I would deal with him any day. He knew everything about the sale dollar for dollar. Worked with me on my trade in which was an MT07. Also saved me a couple of bucks on the overall deal. He also listened to what I was interested in. I told him I wanted a specific color. Less than 2 hours after I left, he called me to let me know he has the color, and I can pick it up tomorrow. Needless to say. I went back the next day to finalize the trade-in and signed the deal and rode off on my new bike. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

The team at crossbay were all very professional and transparent. These guys know what customer service is all about. John the GM was straightforward and cool to deal with he didn’t play games and you can tell he enjoys his job getting his customers into a brand new machine.. Russell was awesome he got me set up with a brand new Yamaha jetski went over every little feature on this thing and really just made the whole process super easy and smooth. Definitely will be back to Crossbay in the future!

Went in this past Thursdsy to look at a Kx450 and a crf110 and picked them up prepped and ready to ride Friday morning. Gary was awesome! Got a great deal on the 23' kx450. Myself and my 2 little guys spent the whole wkend riding! Thanks Gary!!

I bought my first bike at Crossbay Motorsports and I couldn't ask for more of a better service. From sales to finance dept everyone was super cool and friendly. If your going to buy a motorcycle I highly recommend them. They even dropped off my bike and showed me how the bike operates. Seriously they went far and beyond for me. I recommend you see Tim. He's an honest and genuine guy. No bad vibes at all!

I recently bought an Yamaha R7 @ Crossbay, and was very happy with the entire process. They were very patient with all of my questions, which showed they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They explained all the financing in detail, as well as the various options available to me. On the day of pickup, Jerry who I started the process with, spent a considerable amount of time going over the various concerns I had about my new bike, without making the process feel rushed. Jerry is a gem of a sales person for Crossbay.

Stanley, who I did the signing with, also spent considerable time going over the details of my contract and making sure I was clear on all the parameters.

From beginning to end my purchase and experience was seamless Gary took care of all the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transaction, a caring and genuine and knowledgeable gentleman that really knows his craft.
